We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe location right next to a bar was noisy and uncomfortable. The windows did not block sound well as we discovered when a guest talked on his phone for an hour on Sunday morning at 5am in front of our room. There were only 2 pillows for 2 people, I need more than that to sleep comfortably.
It was close to where we needed to be and the price was right. The room was clean and the staff was responsive and helpful.

United StatesClean the room everywhere, better towels and more only a bath towel. Clean the draws put sex toy wrappers in it. Light switch was broken as you go to room. Curtains were not long enough a man was looking under them. Worst Stat for Christmas cause my other place over booked was left with this place. Not worth the 82.00 a night. It was worth a 35.00 night. But they did refund me 1 night. But was not enough.
