We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesIt was dirty. They had the least amount of staff, the coffee and juice machine was broken. It's obvious the owner of the motel cut back on alot to get a bigger profit. When I arrived, there was a tea bag in the machine in the room. I was there for two weeks and no one ever came. The owner should take more pride in their business. Pathetic!!!

United StatesThe lamps did NOT work. Only lighting available was in the bathroom and the small enclosure where the mirror was. But bed lamps and desk lamps DID NOT. Not cool. Also, the mattress was smaller than the bed frame. I don't think I've ever seen that before (I've stayed in a number of hotels and motels in my time, and yes, I think that's the first).
I did not have breakfast. The TV worked well, lots of channels. AC/fan was good. Decent towels and wash cloths in bathroom. Mostly clean overall. Key card functioned in the door. Did not try the Wifi. Check out was easy.

United StatesThis hotel is pretty beat up - they first gave me a room with a broken air conditioner - the room thermostat was stuck at 86 degrees! The whole place is old and pretty shabby, the next room they gave me was a slight upgrade...don't come here with your family or anyone you want to impress or have a pleasant time with. Very old and "smelly" in general...holes in bedding....non-working coffee maker in room, nothing offered in the lobby. Questionable location and people surrounding...

United StatesThey shouldn’t let the outside public stay here it is so old out dated smells horrible carpets and elevators are terrible. The walking distance to the rooms and the curbs plus the bathrooms are not handicap accessible as they should be. It’s a hotel literally meant for homeless looking for shelter and halfway house personnel Walls are super thin people just standing out on the balcony being loud smoking Hotel staff was very quite barley spoke to the guest you need someone hospitable when working with people. She was nice but probably not the right position for her. I do not recommend This hotel
