I didn’t not like the fact that my room door had to be pulled closed while scanning my key card to open. when i brought this to the staff members attention overnight he was very rude, did not explain or demonstrate how to properly open the door. the window shades were also broken, unable to adjust and enjoy sunlight while in my room.

I loved how the suite resembled an apartment. very clean and comfy. the lobby and pool area were also really nice.

The staff was horrible. There was not even one, let me take that back, the maintenance man was personable and helpful, and treated us like people. The staff needs to take a customer service course (National Restaurant Association) and get certified and then see to it that what they learned is being practiced. They treated certain guests differently. I'm not sure what the criteria was to get treated the right way, but they blatantly disrespected me everyday I was there. There was one woman in the morning, and one woman on the evening shift that were exceptionally rude to me. I smiled and greeted them every time I went to the front an they never once cracked a smile, nor were they ever once friendly towards me. I noticed they turned there noses up to me and also that they constantly had a problem with my form of payment. I understand if they don't accept that form a payment or the form of debit card i was trying to pay with that is fine, But I had a couple friends who had been staying there longer than me and for the past week They paid with the same form of debit card I was paying with and they never once told them anything. The way they tried to handle me was so humiliating, i felt like I was In school again and being bullied. I stopped going to the front an my fiance handled all transactions with them the last few nights. We had a friend use his cc to pay for one of the nights and his card got overcharged and I called facility and no one would return my call. They informed us that we couldn't extend our stay anymore because they were all booked up but yet when i.got on the Marriott app that was not the truth. They had rooms available, just not out particular room. If they would have communicated that with us we would have loved to have stayed and been happy to move rooms. But there objective was to boot us out. Which was embarrassing and wrong.

The rooms were incredible. They were apartment style, beautully decorated, spacious, and comfortable.

We stayed for a week and no one hardly freshened up the room and bedding was not changed. I had to put trash in the hallway to get picked up and ask housekeepers for rolls of toilet paper and trash bags and clean towels. Yet the charges were a premium rate.

Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was clean.

The very flat welcome. We arrived at 1:00 and of course check in is at 3:00. We were told it wasn’t ready despite the emptiness of the parking lot. Once in the room I found a straw in the window and hair in the shower and on the restroom floor. And my the mirrors must have been cleaned with cleaning solution not windex. However, it was interesting for a room that wasn’t ready due to being cleaned.

It was Modern.

The lack of follow through. staff over commits and under delivers. They’re so nice so maybe they’re understaffed??Rooms don’t get cleaned (twice in two weeks and once was just bringing in fresh towels), broken tv in my daughters room was never fixed. staff at night was nowhere to be found when my neighbors room alarm went off at 4 am. one of the cooks had to call her supervisor and he walked her through how to turn it off. for a new hotel, it’s a little dingy. elevator floors aren’t clean, common area floors are dirty. pool needs a good cleaning. I mean this hotel is not cheap so they should do much better. reception staff is so apologetic because they know they can’t make good on the things they promise.

location was great. it has the potential to be a great property. breakfast was really tasty.
