Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We found plenty of parking spots outside the hotel where you have the meters. The meters run 8 AM to 8 PM so I recommend that if you don't plan on spending too much time inside the hotel. The room offered a lot more than we expected. The Suite with King Bed had an expandable couch that could turn into a comfy bed, toaster, utensils, plates, pans, an electric stove, iron, even dish washer etc ... The price was quite affordable.

IrelandNoise insulation in the hotel is not perfect (walls seem okay, but the doors let through sound), but it's always a challenge in an affordable hotel that might not have the most experienced hotel guests. Having a sign by the elevators asking people to be quite in the corridors during sleeping hours... maybe even dimming the lights a little at night in the corridors, might help. It's fundamentally a guest management issue.
Great experience. Busy hotel, still with that new car smell. It has hard-working staff, excellent facilities for the price and was great value.

Creative eco friendly atmosphere everywhere. They were even growing lettuce & other greens with compostable bags for guests to collect them in. Breakfasts were delicious & varied, indoor pool was great, staff was warm and helpful! The bed was a real joy to sleep in!

United Kingdom"2022/2023 Breakfast cooked by chef to your specification. 2023/24 Precooked placed under heated lamps after apparent health inspection found no sink for chef to wash hands. Unable to install sink due to cost. Portable hand wash system available at low cost brought in during COVID could have used one of those. Lame excuse for not cooking breakfast in front of customer.
Nice apartment large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher. Room was adequate for what we needed. Kept clean daily by cleaner. Pool open this year and a good sized gym.

United StatesWe didn't love the location - a little further away from the city than we expected. We disliked being charged $54 to park for less than 24 hours. The breakfast was just okay. There were some egg sandwiches that looked really good but... they had corn beef hash on them. Yuck!
The room was clean and well equipped. It was interesting having essentially a full kitchen in the room - we didn't really need it but it was nice to have. The staff was lovely and we really enjoying staying there.

Great location, perfect room set up with the kitchen. Fabulous rain head shower. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Housekeeping staff were all smiles ! And yes, they have daily housekeeping service!!! Also awesome valet parking service, well worth the price! Also loved the extensive breakfast buffet and the cool coffee machine.

United StatesThe housekeeping cleaned my room but when I looked under the sheets the crumbs from my ‘breakfast in bed’ were still there. Also, the housekeeping doesn’t tidy your room, e.g. folding away the blanket on the couch or putting back the iron stand.

United StatesThere weren't very many amenities in the room, i.e. bath robe, shower cap. Also the location is a bit out of the city; pretty much had to take a Lyft to get anywhere.
The facility was clean, the staff was exceptional and it had great amenities! Espresso coffee machine was amazing and a decent continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable. And the room size was prefect. There is a full kitchen in each room! Free bikes to use, which was great fun! Hotel with a pool was great, loved that amenity. Great stay!
