Very friendly staff. The breakfast is way above and beyond what you are used to as a freebie. Greek yogurt, fresh berries, granola, roasted coconut. Yum. There was an omlett station I skipped, but it looked very nice.

The view from our room was not very good.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Rooftop bar was very nice with good views. It was just a perfect place for us.

Very little not to like. Our only unimportant-to-us snafu was that we did not receive room cleaning service our last day. Absolutely no big deal in today’s world of reduced hotel room cleaning.

The property is modern and well kept. Central location made downtown totally walkable. Near to all the important sights. The included breakfast was exceptional for a hotel, with made-to-order omelets and a variety of other healthy breakfast options. Staff were very kind and attentive.

    I would've liked to have a bathub/shower combo available.

I loved the kitchenette that was available in my room. The beds were comfortable. And the pool & workout areas were exceptional. My teenager was quite impressed with breakfast the next day.

We arrived late at night and didn't have much communication with the staff when we checked in. When we entered our room, we saw on the sign on the inside of the door that check-out time was "12 NOON" and we planned accordingly. My husband went to a coffee shop to do some work and I was doing some work at the hotel. Housekeeping knocked on my door and said check-out was at 11. I called the front desk to request to check out at noon, explaining what the sign on the inside of the door said, and the person there literally didn't believe me. The misstep in having two check-out times is one thing; accusing me of lying is another. They made me take a picture of the inside of the door and email it to them to prove that I wasn't making it up. Very weird.

The breakfast was great, and the room was nice, if generic.

When we checked in, the desk clerk assigned us to a room that was already occupied. The Manager quickly rectified the problem and upgraded us for our trouble. Free breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Great location close to the Delta Center where we attended a Jazz game. Good value for the quality of the room. Bed was very comfortable. I saw some comments on the water pressure before our stay, but it wasn't an issue for us.

It was a little bit hard to find in way. The parking garage was nice, but hard for a large 3 wheel drive truck. If are planning on staying there, make sure you park before the dinner rush, because there will be no spots for you to park.

This property was so inviting and beautiful! They even had bikes you could borrow to go around the city. The rooftop swimming pool was so nice even while it was snowing. I will definitely stay here again.

No dislikes really, although I wish they would have served wine and cheese on Fridays and Saturdays as well. I missed out on sampling it. Next time, for sure.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, from the view of the Capital Building from my room, the heated pool on a cold November afternoon, the continental breakfast, and the gym and the equipment. It's also a 2-5 minute walk from the Delta Center, depending on which entrance you enter from. If you're looking to attend an event, or two at the Delta Center, this is an excellent hotel.

the restaurant we had dinner at took really long & they didn't provide a spoon for the chowder :( they did not come by our table after the food was served to see if we needed anything else until later. Pricey for the lack of service.

loved it!! great variety of food to choose from for breakfast & staff was wonderful. Nice & clean & loved the SMEG toasters :) wonderful atmosphere! aesthetically appealing :) & very nice to have the lemon /flavored water available at all times at the reception counter, very refreshing on a hot day!

Check in staff was good. When we were looking around the roof top we went to the lounge not realizing it was not open yet. A staff member was very rude informing us it was not open. We did not go back later as we had planned to have appetizers and drinks.

    The room was beautiful.
