Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesPool was closed for maintenance no sign on pool to indicate so, staff did not inform us of pool being closed upon check-in. Got bathing suit on went to pool and realized I could not get in kind of upsetting especially after a long day of traveling you readily just wanted to relax and cool off. Microwave had to move to bathroom counter in order to plug in and use because it was not plugged in behind the TV like it should have been. Huge gaps around the door. could have been better was in a room with two queen beds one bed had pillow cases the other bed did not one bed had a comforter the other bed did not.. found debris underneath the beds including use snot rags.. whoever is claiming these rooms ought to look under the bed and dresser when cleaning

United StatesAC was broken my Kids were a little hot. I was so Lucky that Day was cool so no Big deal. And tbe couch had many stains that can be removed and the toilet paper holder was broken. But the price is very good so the only problem was really the AC.
I liked the stuff. They were reasonable with rooms because the one I was assigned was smelling with cigarretes and tbe stuff changed right away. The following Day the lady Who speaks Spanish was very nice and attentive. Room was clean beds very clean except tbe couch was with many stains but i did not use it Only dissapointed for the AC. Breakfast was good.

United StatesCleanliness of the room, the door was broken. The latch cover that locks the door was broken and I had to fix it every time I opened or left the room. The door between the rooms made for a load experience with the neighbors.

I’m a senior they put me all the way up on the third floor the steps were right there. It was easier to go up and down the steps. They said there’s an elevator but the elevator is all the way at the other end of the property it means I would have to walk all the way down to the elevator go up walk all the way back there’s plenty of empty rooms on the first and second floor. They could’ve put me on the low floor. I requested a lower floor and they did not, meet my expectations also twice my key card went out after I walked all three flights up. I had to walk three flights back down go back to the office have the key card reactivated it walk all the way back up. I’m a senior I can’t be walking up and down the steps like that. It’s ridiculous that they will put me on the third floor.
