This is about 15 miles from notre dame so we stayed here cause everything else was sold out or VERY expensive. This hotel had some shady characters roaming around, smoking outside, smoking in cars in the lot. Our window was at parking lot on ground level. THere was a broken window in the room next to ours. Not confortable. The hotel a/c was broken so the guy came and took it apart to get it to work. The towel had blood stain. The a/c went off in the night and our room was very stuffy and smelly in the AM. The hotel is under renovation so hopefully it will be better. Our room had painters tape left in. The carpet was all stained and full of paint spots in the hall. THere was a dog barking across from our room which woke us up multiple times. If you're going to Notre Dame - book your room EARLY so you can stay closer. It was hard to get an UBER but we did get one for $30.00 to get to Notre Dame.

The hotel smelled like cat urine. It had exterior broken windows. A queen room should have a queen size bed! The smell was terribly nasty!

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice for the price. They're pet friendly as well which was greatly appreciated 🙂. We'll be staying there again in the future.

Bath tub looked like it had not been cleaned, in badly maintained. Walls were thin and neighbors were partying and playing with the baby. Hotel ran out of food by 7 am, Had loaves of bread, 1 yogurt, bananas, oatmeal packs, and peanut butter. No sausages or eggs. Not sure if anything else was offered, if it was it wasn't there.

Bed was clean, slept well once the people next room got the baby to sleep.

The hotel was close to many restaurants and the highway.

no water pressure for shower. stopper for tub broken so could not take bath. no continental breakfast. lighting not good. woke us cleaning the room next to us at 7:30am not worth the 189 tv monitor terrible

THE TV WAS FUZZY,REMOTE DIDN'T WORK.A YOUNG MAN DID COME UP AND GAVE US A NEW ONE TOOK HIM CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO SHOW UP. MY FRIEND WENT TO THE BATHROOM CAME OIT CARRYING THE HANDLE TO FLUSH.THE KID CAME AGAIN SAID HE HAD TO GO TO MENARD TO FIX NEXT DAY .HE PUT IT BACK ON AND SAID TO BE GENTLE UNTIL HE COULD FIX THE NEXT DAY. LIGHT PLATE WSS BROKE COULD SEE THE BACK WIRES. DRUNK MAN IN HALL WITH BEER CANS ON THE FLOOR.ROOM STUNK LIKE SOMEONE WAS SMOKING.VENDING MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER AND THE SECOND WAS NOT FULLY STOCK. I PAID $180.OO IT WASN'T WORTH $10.00.

The tub had some nasty stains. And when I went to make some coffee, there were already opened packets, and just one unused for the two of us.

Lights are on some sort of motion sensor so every time someone got up to go to the bathroom all the lights went on. I'm sure this could have been fixed, before we went to sleep, but not in the middle of the night.

It was clean, sheets and pillows smelled clean, and a comfortable bed. Needed a place to sleep for the night without paying a fortune and met my needs. No noise from highway, generally quiet.

Extremely low water pressure, TV did not have the ESPN channels, complimentary breakfast was underwhelming and the coffee was not very good.

The room was extremely run down and dirtier than anticipated. The air conditioner had dirt caked on it so we did not use it for fear of inhaling it. The walls had questionable substances on it.

The night desk employee who checked us in was incredibly friendly. The location is great to get to South Bend.

It's old Bed sheets old and scratchy Apparently I am the only guest to pick up dog poop, grass area is nasty filled from dogs.

Room was quote dirty. A/C had not been cleaned in years. Marijuana ash were everywhere. Waited for them to clean the room but it never was cleaned durimg the stay. There was never any breakfast as advertised.
