The water came out green and yellow and water lines were full of air. The toilet was awful. When you sit down your male private parts were hanging in the water. The water level in the toilet was way too high. Very gross when you sit down and you’re hanging in the water. The room needs darling drapes. The blinds do not keep the light out.

Mattresses seemed old and not real comfortable. The pool was not available....one of the reasons we chose this location was the pool. The entrance was hard to find for the property. We had difficulty connecting to the internet...needed to go down to the front desk for help....not much explanation given other than to say the internet is sporadic. Had to go down to the front desk because our room phone would not call down....did not work.

The breakfast was above average with a variety of items. Area was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did end up using the exercise room and appreciated the tread mill

Multiple stink bugs in room, long dark hairs on bedding and pillow of one bed when arrived. Pull out sofa bed did not have bedding available in room, had to go to front desk where it wasn’t ready. However staff did promptly bring to room which was great.

dead bugs in the window sill and on the floor around the window. floor outside of bathroom was sticky, inside of lobby by front entrance was dirty for two days. when I checked in the young man at the desk didn’t seem too happy to be there. didn’t even tell us about the breakfast hours or where the elevators were.

The bathroom had peeling paint and a broken showerhead. Our bed didn’t have a mattress pad! But we were able to find a housekeeper who got one for us.

They were short bath towels! I had to use a floor mat. It had been laundered so it was clean enough but they shouldn’t have rent the room short on bath towels. We also needed a shower cap which hotels seem always to have… but this one didn’t. But the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the breakfast fine

Nothing was glaringly wrong. It was a good value but nothing special. The pillow I had was hard as a rock and I woke up with a stiff neck. Also, not a huge deal but the air conditioner’s filter kept popping open.

Housekeeping-we were told rooms were serviced every three days. Nothing was done to our room, we had to go ask for towels and empty our own trash.

Loud people in the parking lot woke me up after midnight. Maybe because of Covid protocols, there were no coffee pods or cups for the coffee maker. The refrigerator was inoperable. Also - the remote for the television was missing.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable!
