Host was not very friendly, open pool longer!!! Would have liked to take a swim before leaving but pool opened at 11am the Same time as check out. Also closed at 7pm on a warm summer evening!!!

The building is very confusing with multiple steps up and down on the same floor.

No breakfast provided. We did not notified the key should be picked up at the VI office. We spent at least an hour 1 to 2 hours before we could find address. Instructions should include the keys are picked up at an off-site office. We were on the second floor and was instructed to use the elevator in the adjacent building, which was more stairs then going up the original building. If you ever tried bringing your luggage this way was an absolute workout. I do not see an advantage to this design. Would be better off on the first floor. In the future I will do more research as to the easy of getting around. I will call to get a better understanding as to what to expect

except… it is clearly a timeshare style resort where you are expected to bring your own coffee, shampoo, conditioner, etc. and that would be fine if they let you know up front. but we didn’t know that. also, the fact that you have to check in about a 20-minute drive away is a problem of you don’t have a car. the bus system works, but it is quite inconvenient on check-in day. make sure you have a car.

The room was EXTREMELY difficult to locate. Poor signage, poor lighting, poor instruction sheet from the broker. If I have not met people that lived on the property, I would have never found the room.

The location was hard to find, and the checking in office is different with the village building. It took us about 20 minutes to find the building.

I like there is a free bus. The room is fine, and pretty much clean and comfortable. I like the mini kitchen, which has everything that you need~~~

The elevator was very slow and you sometimes weren't sure that the door was going to open.😀

The studio condo was very comfortable and cozy for 2 people. There was a small efficient kitchen and dining table. The fireplace was nice and easy to use. The queen size bed was comfortable. The studio did not have a washer/dryer in the unit, but there is a laundry available in the building. It was nice to be able to park in the garage.

The only complaint we had was the bed was not very comfortable. It's very soft and probably worn in from use which caused my back to hurt. Also the neighbor in 27 was standing outside of her door talking loudly on her tablet on a video call and we could hear it echo throughout the hallway and through our front door. I know that's not something the host can control but still thought I would let you know. Overall, a fantastic stay though.

The location is beautiful and the room was very cozy and very clean! We loved having a fireplace and small balcony to view the snow. It was the perfect getaway. The little kitchen is also a plus If you want to pack in food instead of eating out every meal.
