How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Enjoyed the rooms, every staff person from reception to housekeeping was very friendly, great breakfast, close to airport, secure elevators, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfect, and the staff members also had good customer connections. The hotel breakfast was second to none; my family enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend the hotel, and I'm definitely coming back. I will give the hotel 100%

We enjoyed our stay. No complaints.
The property, facilities, and amenities were great! The desk clerk, Ms. Victoria was awesome, kind, and nice. The room was clean. The indoor pool was nice and warm. The breakfast daily was great as well! We appreciated the complimentary drinks nightly as well. 5 Stars 🌟

The breakfast. Overcooked but cold despite being under cloches. Good choice, but too much was of poor quality.
Excellent hotel! Very modern with huge rooms and superb beds - firm and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The room was absolutely silent despite being close to the busiest airport in the world!

There was no restaurant open in the evening for travelers who have no vehicle or simply don’t want to leave the hotel.
The staff, every one, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing- there is a $50 deposit charged to card upon arrival that will be refunded, wasn’t disclosed before but it was fine.
The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean and new. The staff are extremely helpful, professional, patient and friendly, especially the gentleman at the desk when I arrived in evening and lady driving the hotel shuttle. I was coming from a long international flight and forgot to ask for their names.

There is a little bémol: in the room there were only two mugs/cups for 5 people. It was the same for towel: only 3 big towels and 3 smaller. And the sofa was not prepared as a bed (it missed some pillows and sheets)
The room was cleaned and comfortable. The airport is close to the airport. It was ideal for a stopover. The breakfast was perfect and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Nothing...everything was wonderful.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and inviting. The staff at the front desk (Victor and Victoria) were super kind and helpful. Our daughter was flying to Italy to study abroad and they offered great advice for her and suggestions for navigating the Atlanta airport. We used the hotel shuttle service which was very helpful and convenient for getting to the airport. We will be happy to stay there again when our daughter returns in May!

We had to catch an Uber to the hotel. The shuttle or their taxi driver was not working. Seems they were short of staff. That was an inconvenience as I was traveling with small kids in the cold. If I didn’t call the hotel I wouldn’t know the van wasn’t coming.
Clean, new facility and staff were attentive. Restaurant on property and breakfast was included. Front desk team was very good. Room was small but very clean. You can tell the facility is kept up to standards.

My 8:20 flight forced me to skip breakfast which started serving at 6:30 am. It should start a little earlier IMO. I got a grab and go breakfast but it wasn’t so great.
Beautiful comfortable room, near airport with shuttle.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd liked. Mattress was way firm.
The location was not bad. It was away from the busy downtown area, but not too far out. We were able to find a good restaurant in the area Friday night, Spondivitis. Saturday we discovered that we weren't too far from the Camp Creek area so we did a little shopping there and had dinner at OLG.

The kids running up and down the hallway at 7am
The front desk staff was so polite!! The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and bed was comfy! This is my new place to stay when I visit Atl!!!
