Everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay again when flying through Atlanta. The breakfast was better than expected and the shuttle to the airport worked well.

Haven’t stayed at Embassy Suites in years. This property was best I’ve seen in a long time. Flagship. Staff was super kind.

Brand new Hotel. Breakfast was so good and complimentary with stay and it's top notch Bacon, Eggs omelet station, waffles, breads, grits and biscuits n gravy. Also With are stay we had a complimentary drink each at the bar. Bar and Restaurant are open 5-11 each day so if you want food after 11 there are a couple places open close or they have a little store with sandwiches chips and salads. Little pricey but good. The hotel staff was amazing and very nice. If I'm at another concert soon I'll be here for sure.

The pool was okay, I wish it were more heated but room temperature wasn’t to bad!

I loved how nice the staff was with our group of 15! Jeff was who checked us in and his positive attitude was amazing! Jeff if you see this, your awesome! I also had called before we checked in with several questions and the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. We also got free breakfast. The breakfast was better than expected! I will definitely be coming back!!

We have no complaints only a few suggestions. Suggestion 1. Adjust the entry door to room 323. It’s hard to close. Suggestion 2. Adjust the shower door it wants to remain open. Again no complaints, just suggestions.

We were met with the most pleasant staff we’d encountered in a long time. The hotel was extremely organized and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was quite welcoming.

Charging $20 to park at a hotel that I paid to stay is a bit costly. It should be expected that each guest will arrive in a car and they have to have somewhere to park. And besides having to pay to park, I was told where to park. I didn’t like that concept. The pillows was not comfortable. I had to sleep on 2 pillows. The mattresses need to be changed. It was so lumpy

The shuttle driver. Big guy. Didn’t even open up the back so I could place bags. I had to ask him to open it and then he says I only touch bags if I’m getting tipped. Super rude. No customer service.

The unfriendly breakfast staff. Also, having to pay to park to stay at the hotel.

Front desk staff are always nice and courteous. The breakfast staff are not as friendly. The lady seem to want to push us out the way to clean the table and my daughter was harass about her kids being at the waffle maker with her at our previous visit. Twice something was said, what did they want her to do, leave them alone.

We have stayed at mini Embassy suites. Often the managers special evening reception which includes two free drinks per person and some form of “light snacks “is enough to count for dinner if you have a big lunch. This managers buffet was very minimal. Dining room alternative was only marginal.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast best buffet is substantial.

Our TV didn't work in our room. We called the front desk to ask for assistance. The front desk said they would call us back and never called back or came to assist, so we didn't have access to a TV during our stay. The pool area was also very dirty. People left things all over the area and made it filthy.

The building was new and very modern. It was convenient to the location that we were visiting.

I didn’t like seeing the food that was prepared for breakfast being immediately thrown away at the end of breakfast service. There were still patrons waiting in the breakfast line.
