The bathtub was very small and low, I was not able to enjoy it; the shower handle was fixed to the wall and I couldn't move it around while showering.

Room was very big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I quite enjoyed the complimentary wine glass and snacks.

This place is huge! (notable since I have trouble walking very far) The parking deck was a long way from my room, but with the 3rd floor walkway, I could stay out of the weather to navigate from my room to my car. the light on the desk was very dim and I'm glad I didn't have to work much on this trip - it gave me a headache trying to finish my tasks. The only other downside is the cover on the ironing board in my suite would not stay on/was very thin, and it made it very difficult to get my clothes in good order before my event. It took extra patience to figure out how to keep the cover from moving every time I moved my clothes.

The suite was well-appointed - USB ports on every lamp, lots of drawers, access to the bathroom from the bedroom and the lounge area. Even though the (very noisy) ice machine was right outside the door, I didn't hear it at all when I was inside my suite - amazing! Staff were incredibly helpful and kind - offering to assist me with luggage or lending an extra hand when I was carrying things to my room. None of them had to offer that assistance, yet they all did. As a solo handicap traveler, I was grateful for this helping attitude - it takes a lot out of me when I travel, so sometimes a little assistance feels really wonderful to receive! Kudos the all the staff members I met at the front desk, the servers and staff at the buffet and throughout the property!

A minor quibble I have with all hotels (high to low end) - the pillows! I would love a firmer pillow!! Also I was upset the hot tub was broken, but those things happen!

The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, and the breakfast was fantastic!

I did not like that. The pool seemed quite dirty, the hot tub was not working, and the outside pool, although was closed was very dirty.

I loved that the property gives two complementary drinks per guest during happy hour for free and you can get 2 alcoholic drinks.

The room phones did not work when I attempted to set up a WAKEUP call Engineering showed up & said the phones had not been set up

Didn’t have breakfast, I was fasting for hospital/surgery next morning My husband went to the dining room but said it was too crowded & noisy

The bed is not comfortable for me. We’ve been here twice, both times coming from out of state for medical needs. I take the couch, more comfortable for me. Otherwise this is 5stars.

Has everything. Large room has separate sitting area from bedroom. Excellent breakfast with made to order omelettes plus ready made eggs and meats. Lots of breads, fruits, waffles, juices. Excellent staff.

Location isn't horrible, but you'll need to really plan transportation if you're heading into DC. The train station is kind of far from the hotel.

The amenities were great, incredible breakfast, nice pool, gym, etc. Very clean. Overall great hotel experience.

The pool closed at 9 pm and did not reopen until 11 am the following morning because of swim lessons. We were told the jacuzzi was broken so we could not use these amenities.

the hotel had a nice pool and jacuzzi, lobby and parking ramp. The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the breakfast too.

Water pressure (8th floor) could be better. Breakfast was good, but no change between days. Location is not great for public transport.

None that I can highlight!! The location was far from our conference hotel though we could get Uber easily and not make an impact of distance. Generally nothing negative to write about

Front desk team is excellent, especially Amy. Rooms are quiet comfortable, so are the beds/sofa and facilities. Nice calm location, Overall a pleasant stay!!
