The staff needs to work on customer service and not have an attitude when asked a question. Smile sometime and make the guest feel like they can come to you about any needs within Embassy suites.

The TV in the living room did not work. When turned on, it appears someone had previously punched the screen and it was cracked.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the indoor pool was a plus.

The location is very convenient, the room was lovely, and the breakfast is very well done. This is our new go-to hotel!

Location was far away from the airport (BWI) and downtown DC but we knew that, chose because hotels closer to the action were much more expensive. They offer an evening reception and while the free drink was nice, the food consisted of goldfish and potato chips so not real impressive there. Overall a nice place to stay.

Comfortable, suited our needs very well since we had a king suite my wife and I took the bedroom and our daughter had the living area with sofa bed which was above average. Breakfast was great, a little crowded but that was not a problem. The shower was fantastic.

I did find small stains on the bedsheets. It wasn't too crazy but I did feel cautious about it. Also, was woken up early by some guests fighting at 8am on a Saturday morning right outside my room, banging on the floors and walls, yelling/screaming, crying and arguing for about an hour.

I liked the size of the room. The room was pretty clean. I loved that I had a balcony suite.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon. There seemed to be few servers at Darcy. I seated myself and waited about 5 minutes for a server. When no one came, I left and ate dinner elsewhere. On another service-related note, I went to purchase a bottle of water at the marketplace (about 6:30am 03/18). There were two young ladies working at the front desk at the time. They seemed very preoccupied looking at their computer screens. I waited at the market counter for a bit, then one of the young ladies said without taking her eyes off her computer screen, "You can come over here," (to the front desk). I think it was the way she said it and what I perceived as a lack of attention to the customer. Overall, it felt nonattentive and unfriendly. I also noticed that a guest who was checking in the next morning was offered a complimentary bottle of water. I was not. Please know that I thought other staff were fine and did a good job. It was just these two instances. I do plan to stay at the Embassy Suites again, as the facilities/rooms are great, the rate was good, and its close to our corporate office. Thank you.

The hotel was really clean, welcoming, quiet, and they had a wonderful breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind. You get 2 free drinks a night (alcohol or regular pop or juice). The beds were really soft and there was a lot of space inside the room.

I overall I always enjoy Embassy Hotels. I did not like the cost of parking. The hotel isn’t in a busy area. Parking should be free or reduced.

Omelettes by Mary or Maria. The are wonderful and the ladies in the breakfast are all helpful and friendly. The girl at the bar at 5:00, not so nice. Suites are great. Comfortable.

The room’s door knob seemed that they had glued it, but fell off again. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the AC in the living room area where the sofa bed was the AC didn’t cool the room .. we stayed from Friday to Sunday and on Saturday evening I went to the bar to get my complimentary drink and it was 6:32pm and the lady at the bar would not help me . She said it was over .. so none of the days I stayed did I get a chance to get a complimentary drink ..

I enjoyed that the staff was very helpful, and friendly over all. The place was clean and well organized. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of foods including fruit . I will definitely stay here again ..

I didn’t enjoy the mattress it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back. It’s definitely time for a replacement.

I love the breakfast arrangement, pool was nice and clean, room was huge and spacious. The bathroom was very clean other than the hair I found in the shower. Staff was really nice and friendly.
