One of the ladies at the front desk was very unaccomadating... very manipulative and condescending... after not having heat she became combative in spirit because we simply wanted a few answers

Breakfast not made to order, as advertised. Had to go to 3 different floors to find an ice machine in working order. Bleach smell in room so strong it burned my lungs.

My sheets on my bed had stains, our bathroom door didn’t even have a handle, and the bedroom door wouldn’t shut. For what you charge, that hotel is a dump. I will not be staying there again.

They were understaffed, the bathroom tub was not clean, the AC did not work in 2 of the rooms I reserved. they gave us box fans.although the property was clean the Room was not .

There was blood on walls. Stains on pillows. Black bathtub with hair still in it. The bed was old and uncomfortable.The nasty smell probably from mold. Dirty curtains. Windows were smeared. Nastiest room I've ever been in. I wasn't the only one complaining at the front desk either. Others were having similar problems.

The air did not work. It was very very hot in the room. The bed was not comfortable at all. Hard as a rock. Pillows were completely flat. Got zero sleep. My daughter slept on the pull out bed, and her back hurt for the next two days it was so uncomfortable for her. we were given a handicap shower. The whole bathroom flooded. We had to go find extra towels to soak up all of the water We requested the extra towels, and an extra pillow, and it never arrived. We finally had to go get them ourselves.

The ac in the bedroom didn't work, there were never enough towels or toilet paper, the stopper in the bathroom sink never stayed up, the shower head was coming out of the wall, and maid service was by request only unless you were there for an extended stay. Horrible place.

Security was horrible as evidenced by my catalytic converter being stolen, costing me $1,100 what of repairs, not to mention the ruined family vacation.

Cons: rooms outdated and ragged out, AC barley worked and they couldn't put me in another room, front desk would never answer the phone always had to go downstairs to ask for something, asked for towels hours before I actually received. Ice machine by the room was broke also. I was not empressed for the price definitely won't be going back. I've stayed a cheaper hotels nicer then that.

Pros: Lobby was nice, free drinks and snacks, breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant in the hotel.

Place is run down a bit and needs updating. Also, it was a holiday and front desk told me and several others that breakfast would go until 10am and was closed at 9am. Lots of angry people including me.

I have photos and showed staff. drawers were broke. hair in the shower, dust and rips all over the headboard and throughout room and burn marks on the tables.

The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. The tub had more than a drip, continually. The phones did not work. There were loose outlets and the look of the room was very worn and trashy looking.

The location was convenient. The staff was kind.
