Underground parking renovation was a little unnerving. Children thought hotel was a little dated/ "old" (but the adults thought it was nice enough). A little too far out for a casual walk to the local restaurants (but peaceful in exchange).

Staff was friendly. Vibe was relaxed. It was clean. We had two bathrooms in our suite! Free breakfast was pretty good and no one bothered us about taking plates up for the kids. Directly across from the beach. Lots of people out jogging and running.

Breakfast buffet has been changed to employee served. Not sure why it can't be self serve considering the evening happy hour is able to be self serve. Seems like the same concept to me?? Pool is wonderful if there is not a team of 12 unsupervised boys there playing a football game. Numerous people were hit in the head with actual NFL grade footballs. No parents or hotel staff stepped in to stop this activity. This was a daily event, until the team finally checked out. Large groups of destination wedding party guests left empty drink blenders and food through out the pool area. No one from hotel staff ever walked around to pick up any leftover garbage. Inside the building, I was very disappointed in the quality of the sleeper sofa. Hotel staff was very quick to help as best as they could. This being a Hilton, quality of these items should be far better. I just think Covid has given everyone an excuse to slack at their jobs. Plus charge the same amount to stay with abbreviated services in return to the customer.

Love the area and access to the beach. Hotel was wonderful in years before "covid". Too many changes have been made now to cut their costs but continue to charge same price to customers.

I love the staff, friendly. Service was excellent. Love that the beach is a few feet away. The rooms were clean, comfy beds. I will definitely go back for future vacations. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect place for family or couple get away.

We felt like the hotel was very dark and the smell near our hotel room was “hold your breath” gross like marijuana the entire stay. We also had a high expectation of the beach and we’re extremely disappointed with the seaweed but we realize that’s not the fault of the hote but did affect our stay.

We did like the pool and the social hour in the evening.

Only issue we found was with the Elevator. Two of the four elevators went to the parking garage. Sometimes, you waited an extra few minutes trying to catch the one you needed

Location on the beach was awesome! Far enough from town square to have some privacy but still close enough to walk to pier and restaurants. We did not have to rent a car! Large pool. Breakfast included and there were many choices.

ALLOWING DOGS IN THE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing more annoying than a barking dog in the restaurant while you are trying to eat breakfast! And the elevator broke for a couple of days that we were there.

We had a great view! partial ocean/pool view. the breakfast is satisfying to get you going for the day. The location to local restaurants and subs is within a mile walk. They do offer a ride from 5:30 pm until I think 9:30 pm, we have not used it yet but I believe it is a donation type deal ask the front desk for the information. 1 day we used the beach chairs with umbrella and table for the day at the beach located right across the street.
