I requested towels & it took quite a while for them to come but they did arrive!

We loved being close to downtown. We walked to the downtown & back. The Breakfast was Amazing!!!

Free Breakfast was a full cooked to order meal, or you could eat from the buffet. Happy Hour 5 pm to 6:30 each night includes free house wines, basic drinks, and draft beer.

What’s not to like?! For me, the location is good; it’s relatively close to downtown Hot Springs. All things considered, there is nothing upon which to improve. I discovered renovations will be done on this facility. That’s a mark of excellence to me.

The staff were very friendly and enjoyable. The lobby areas were open, pleasant, and inviting. The overall design welcomes people and facilitates people meeting and greeting fellow travelers.

I didn't like that there were so many children there visiting and we couldn't swim. and my key wouldn't open the pool room door.

I loved the way everyone that worked there was so friendly and the food. the Beds were great!

The carpet in our room was stained and failing. The cushions on the couch were also stained.

The location is fantastic for walking to the historic downtown. The hot breakfast was good but the breakfast staff were exceptional, The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

The AC wasn’t very good. And the room refrigerator didn’t work. The website also said there was a restaurant on site, but not really. It’s a bar where you can order food that comes in from an outside source.

We ate a meal at the diner. I was a bit taken back when I was asked to pay for food before getting it. I did not put a tip on my ticket and the bartender eyed me pretty hard. I believe a tip is for good service.

The room was extremely outdated and felt dark and dingy. Toilet ran for most of the stay. Had to press very hard on toilet handle to flush and had to jiggle it to get it to stop running.

I don't have anything that I disliked at this property. My daughter and I were there for a school convention, so the proximity to the convention center and the downtown area was ideal.

Check in was easy and one of the hotel staff texted me to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Since we were there for two days, I was contacted again by the staff to make sure everything was acceptable. I thought that was really nice customer service.

Carpet very old and worn. Also rod supporting shower curtain was very loose from wall. I was in room 714, felt like it might fall at anytime while showering.

As always, breakfast was great. And the social hour is a great feature for unwinding.

Location and free breakfast, awesome! Managers' reception is nice, but they could have used a few more snacks and food deals. However, can't really complain too much with free!

Our room was very dirty. I paid too much for a dirty room. I also had to get a worker to get into the workout facility because the door did not unlock early. The breakfast was also bad.

The convenience of the room to my conference and the workers were very helpful.

Breakfast buffet was not kept full. Coffee machines were turned off at an early hour. It was very noisy.

Location was perfect for event at convention center. Bed was comfortable and had extra pillows. Made to order omelets were good. Staff was patient and helpful.

I can hear the noise from my neighbors. Elevator takes long to get to places. Kid plays with elevators and pushes every floor before getting off the elevator. It is hard to find parking space, meaning parking lot is packed. Not sure how my experience in the morning gonna be like, knowing that there will be kids in the hotel.

The building is tall. The interior and lobby is beautiful.
