Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesDon't feel like the prices are very transparent. When I inquired about the price difference I was told the third party vendor doesn't necessarily know all the taxes that get charged. Uh .... what? Also didn't like that there is a parking charge that isn't included in the daily room charge. I get that this hotel is near an airport and they're trying to avoid people leaving vehicles sitting for days but why isn't it included in the room charge per day that you are staying at the hotel?
Excellent breakfast, one of the best I have had at a hotel. All staff were pleasant. The kids enjoyed the pool. The nightly reception/ cocktail hour was nice but too early to be enjoyed most nights if you're actually doing things in KC.

United StatesOur refrigerator didn’t seem like it was cooling as cold as it should. The person at the front desk said that’s the way all rooms are. That is the only even slightly negative comment I could come up with. Everything really met or exceeded our expectations.
It was clean, all staff was excellent and extremely friendly! We spent some time at the bar and both the gentleman that worked Friday night and the lady that work Saturday night were super nice, helpful, fun and cared that we were having a good time and had everything we needed! They were both awesome! I will stay here again for sure!

United StatesI wish they’d update the beds and the fixtures in the rooms. One of our double beds sloped so bad it would roll you onto the floor. Multiple lamp fixtures didn’t work in our room. Living room furniture seemed very old and worn in.
Very inviting, friendly staff. Love the evening cocktails and the breakfast in the morning is fantastic.

Two people in a room for three days required more than two towels. The room should have been stocked with more towels.

United StatesPool needs to be heated! Some updates are needed in the rooms! Like one matching color paint instead of 2 different ones mixed all in different spots! Fix some of the doors and door knobs! Some are broken and cheaply maintained! Replace the carpets.. they look nasty! Add a hot tub for adults.

SpainThe hotel is starting to show its age in regard to the rooms, so it looks a bit dirty in some areas.
The price/quality ratio is quite good compared to other hotels when it comes to a party of five. The afternoon complimentary drinks are basic but appreciated and the breakfast gets the job done as well. If I go back to KC under the same circumstances I would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Wine at the bar was very reasonably priced. Airport shuttle was on time, and driver was friendly... even while being mistreated by a hotel guest from another hotel wanting to go shopping.

Our shower had some kind of clog of some sort and it held water well you were taking a shower but I did tell the front desk and they said they were going to take care of it
