Our room was dusty and the bathtub was full of water when we arrived. Dust and dirt along edges of bathroom and rooms. The A/C was “locked” at about 75. It was horribly hit and stuffy in bedroom. living area was more comfortable.

The staff and lobby and common areas were very nice.

For the price of the room, no drinking water in the room. They provide you a Kureg machine with coffee, but they don't provide $.20 bottle of water to make the coffee Mattress and pillows are very hard. I wake up next morning with stiff neck and back pain. The hotel provides room service but there is nothing in the room which show the hotel guest a menu of what they offer with the prices. The vending machine provided on each floor only takes paper currency but no credit card option. Even number 6 hotels vending machine have that option

It was dirty, toilet seat bad and toluene wouldn't flush. Had to call to get it sorta fixed. Shower drain bad. Taking a shower in ankle deep water and the floors were very dirty. Way over priced for the quality

The room was way smaller than I expected it to be for a kind suite. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly. The televisions were small. And the room would never cool down even with thermostat below 65. Wat over priced for the room.

Checking in was a shitshow. Long lines. Only 2 staff to check in a lot of people. Line was 50 people long for a few HOURS. I had digital check in set up but when the digital key never arrived on the app and my messages to the hotel went unanswered I was forced to wait in line for room cards. Horrible check in experience.

Pool area and other areas I don’t feel are large enough to handle the capacity of the hotel. It was really full when we were there and the pool was pretty crazy.

Loved the location, the room size, the breakfast that was included in the rate and made to order, loved that there was a restaurant on site, pool area was nice.

Had a hard time changing a reservation made through Booking.com. Was on the telephone for a full hour. Transferred twice and cut off once after being on hold for 15 minutes. One person did not speak good English and did not know the difference between cancellation and adjusting the reservation. It really should have been a five minute issue to solve.

I stayed at the super 8 by windham in Council Bluffs Iowa. What a nightmare! Next to a truck stop! What was I thinking? I was tired.... So, I found this place to stay on my way back . Clean. Great staff. Definitely will stay again.

The room had a horrible musty smell, a wet spot on the carpet and dated/dingy feel. The breakfast was blah (only canned fruit available for fruit choice) and lack of parent/staff supervision in pool /hot tub resulted in kids throwing off the pool chemicals and sending 3 to the hospital. Not really staff's fault but not great either.

The hotel was right across from our reception venue and they let us check in early.

I am disabled, and I booked a disabled room, but they didn’t have it reserved as a disabled room. Then formed me that that sometimes is a problem when booking through a third-party such as Booking.com etc. They were able to get me one, but it was a retrofitted one and I was unable to use the bathroom very well. A towel rack had to be removed in order for my assistant to help me on and off the toilet since the bars were on the wrong side for me. I also was unable to bath as I am unable to use a bathtub. Just because you put bars up does not make a room handicap assessable. The staff did remove the towel rack for me so that was a very nice gesture. Also the beds are hard as a rock, which was a big surprise… My travel companion ended up sleeping on the pull out couch as it was more comfortable for her. I however did not have that option as my disability would not allow me to get in and out of that. For the price I paid, I was very very disappointed in the accommodations and I probably will not stay there ever again. I should mention I have stayed there several times in the past and never had complaints. I don’t know why things were different this time…

as always the breakfast was amazing! The valet parking is well worth the money, and the location can’t be beat.

Room 310 looked like they were working on it, wall vent cover off in bedroom, carpet in bedroom wet. Exchanged that room for 312, when shower used, water bubbled up between tiles on floor. Room 309, went to open bathroom door and I flew against counter behind me, door knob came off. Bathroom tub faucet extremely loose. Won't recommend or stay there again.

The server working in the restaurant area was working solo and did an outstanding job. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

hotel is dated, noisy, and unclean. I would not stay here again. One of the rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The pack n play we received was dirty. The restaurant took 1.5 hours to get us our two salads. The bathroom and living room were not clean. The room was next to a busy road and we could here all the traffic. They project the football game in the large lobby on Monday until after 10 PM and it was so loud it rumbled the pictures on the wall in our room. The happy hour was embarrassing. It contained two bowls with tongs that were filled with animal crackers and goldfish. The pool room was also dirty. Lots of hair, dirty towels. Again, the staff is very friendly, but my family and I will not be staying here again. It is not worth the 150.00 we paid per night.
