Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe property is starting to feel just a bit dated, but our room was still great. It looks like they are planning to start renovating this year, which will likely bring this property up to current trends. The location of this hotel still cannot be beat if you are visiting camps.
Breakfast was great as always at Embassy Suites. Large selection with made to order food. Also, we made it in time to have the free cocktail on the evening we arrived. That is really a nice touch.

United StatesRestaurant. Ate there service was not the best in any form. Second night tried to eat there again but had to go and order it seemed closed other than kitchen couldn't eat there. Then asked how long and to call room when food was ready of course this was by the one person at the bar. The call never came but cold food was picked up after going back down to see if it was ready. Parking fee cost to much. For a smoker it's just an awful place to stay. Fridge was hot. TV didnt work well. Moved rooms still didnt get better. Overall for the money not worth it at all.

United StatesThe rooms are definitely outdated, no USB or extra outlets, no smart TVs or options for. The construction/loud clammoring of workers (vent cleaning or something in the hallways just outside the room doors) in and out of the building at 9:00 on a weekend was not great, at least a warning would have been nice.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Complimentary drinks (albeit a short time frame) and a main area to chat and meet up is a nice touch.
