our bathroom door was not locking, the faucet knob is leaking, the fridge was not stable( shakes when you open)and the carpet was outdated and dirty

The pool area really needs some attention. There was drywall peeling off and mold/mildew growing. They claimed the pool was heated but it was not.

We liked that the hotel had an indoor pool for our kids and a bar/lounge for the adults. They also had a nice free breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Most of the wait staff acted hurried and put out by their jobs The ceiling in the pool room had an issue and As a result there was crumbled debris Covering the floor as u came in and near the pool Actually the whole pool room needs an update I still need to check if I was charged for valet parking which I did not receive The bath tub did not appear clean and there were 3 towels for 2 adults and 2 children There was no coffee creamer in the room

The front desk help was friendly polite and efficient My grandson slept in and the breakfast line was long for requests He came back to the room without having had the pancakes he was wanting. I went down n the cook had started shutting things down but when I explained my grandson missed out he cooked 3 pancakes for him I really appreciated him taking the time for this Feel like breakfast til 10 may actually be more helpful for people like us:just taking some R and R. The beds were clean and Very comfortable The Room was quiet Climate control was great

Staff at breakfast I needed high chairs for my twins ,the lady spoke English to me and then in English,Stated she could not help me because she did not speak English and she knew no one that worked there.But once again she spoke all those words in English I had to go to the front desk caring my babies to get high chairs because she knew no one that worked there and couldn’t speak English but never spoke anything but English to me. I was very confused by her actions. They should just put the high chairs out for people to use I was not the only one who needed a high chair I was just the only that took the time to go all the way to the front to ask for assistance to get one. There where at least 3 Moms holding there children how can you enjoy your breakfast while holding your child o can not with two.

There was some sort of machine that ran all night and made noise while we slept, the soap dish was broken off in our shower and the bathtub/shower did not drain. Also the ice machine on our floor it was not working.

Bathroom set up was a bit awkward & my shower was Not warm, an occasional bit of heat, but mostly cold.

It was so nice to have an option for dinner in the hotel since no other dinning options were available due to the winter storm. The breakfast options were great. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional...very kind & accommodating!!

Had to pay extra for parking. Chromecast wasn't set up with the tv's as advertised. Toilet lid/seat wasn't bolted to the toilet.

The hotel was not as clean or as well maintained as other Embassy Suites where we have stayed. Overall, it was a nice place just not like others.

The staff at checkin was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered was tasty, except the coffee. The offerings were adequate. We only ate from the buffet offerings because the line for cook to order was nuts.

Front desk staff was great with exception of the young women on duty when I checked out on Saturday morning. She had an attitude when I asked to fix a charge on my final bill. Apparently she forgot her customer service attitude that day, but it won’t stop me from booking this property on my next visit to the city.

Breakfast, omelette chef was great, hostess was pleasant, comfortable bed and quiet room, most of the staff were very pleasant, even the cleaning and maintenance personnel. Complimentary Happy Hour was good but there’s limited selection of drinks that are free but no matter, it was still nice.

Our first room had peeling wallpaper with mold and several non working items, phone, lamp Our second room was better not the tub was peeling which was pretty gross

The price was excellent for a last minute booking. We were traveling across country from California to Maryland and decided last minute to stay the night in Arkansas. Room/bathroom was nice and spacious. Everything was clean but found a stain on the carpet. Breakfast was good and was open till late for Sunday which worked out perfect for us since we checked in close to midnight.

To be charged to park in your own parking lot that surrounds the hotel in a semi suburban area is unacceptable and to be frank below your standard of operation . Tacky would come to mind
