I didn't appreciate that my family and I booked two king suites. We didn't receive the two King rooms upon arriving at the facilities. I appreciated the staff's hard work in accommodating my wife and me and upgraded us to a Premium Double Suite. We expected that since we made a reservation for two king suites, they should have been reserved for us upon our arrival.

The fold out bed was awful! Super thin, and all you could feel was coils. The mattress needs to be replaced. My 13yr old chose to fold the bed back in and sleep on the couch bc it was more comfortable. So it worked out. So, it wked out. The other thing we didn't care for was the location was 23-38 min from wherever we wanted to go..which is a shame bc we would definitely stay again if it was closer to Mt Pleasant.

The staff were friendly. Booked a room w/ 2 full beds and fold out couch. I liked that there was a livingroom area. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the bar in the middle of the hotel. People would hangout at the bar or at tables. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. In the morning there is a nice selection avail for breakfast..Pancakes, French toast, eggs,bacon, etc.

I liked the coffee set up and how the bedroom was separate from everything else. I’ve never had a hotel room like that before and it was cool.

I stayed in room 217 and the bed was very comfortable but the room had a very bad smell. I sprayed lysol in the air and it did not help with the smell. But other than that I was goid.

We had to pay $10 per day for parking. We didn't find another option. It needs a few updates. I which they didn't replace all the towels every other day (kind but not necessary and it waists a lot of water and stuff).

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast (they cook your eggs the way you want without extra charge), many options. Free drinks at a certain time, very nice people, huge room (we had 2 little kids and were able to put them in the "living area" which was separated from the bedroom by a door. Quick service. Pool in good temperature (there was an incident and they fixed it very quickly). I would recommend.

The sink in our bathroom sink was broken!! No sink stopper !! , The water was off Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm , installing new plumbing??

Great location, the Beautiful breakfasts every morning was to die for !! The omelettes were amazing!! Coffe top of the. Line first class with everything!!,the 5:30 version of Happy Hour were great !!

Location was central to sights we wanted to see. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Hot breakfast and Reception in the afternoon are great. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I assume that house keeping had thought we had already checked out and had taken a bag with some personal items in it. They did return the bag but about a week later we found that there was an item missing from the bag. Unfortunate.

The incompetency of the front desk. At check-in the front desk Asked me to put a credit card on hold $30 For incidentals. I asked her, Will the card be charged? She told me no. I asked her again. She assured me the card would not be charged. Next thing I know, beyond the $30 on hold, they charged $415 on my card!! When I realized that the next day I addressed it and one front desk employees said she would reverse it. I checked again the following day qnd the other front desk person said that whoever said they would reverse it did not actually reverse it!! So she went in and did so. I told them I need this fixed immediately because it was not my mistake. It was theirs and I have bills coming out of that account this weekend. They told me there was nothing they could do to speed it up. It would take about five business days, which would cause me to be late on paying my bills. I WILL NEVER!!!!!!! Stay there again with such incompetent staff!!. I'm never late on my bills, and I was because of their mistake.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking as well. That was the main thing that I did not appreciate. Especially with paying for the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. Happy hour was also very good and it gave us something to do when it was raining out so we didn't have to go out. The rooms were spacious but could use some upgrading.
