The room facilities were poor. The room layout didn’t make sense logistically. The room appeared outdated. The tiling looked old and unclean due to the numerous markings on the floor. The shower was tiny. The room had a damp and dank smell to it. There weren’t any usb connections to charge devices. The outlets on the lamps made poor connections with the charging devices so it wouldn’t maintain a consistent connection when plugged in. I have stayed in much nicer Hilton Garden Inns. The interactions with the staff were poor. It was not communicated that reservations needed to be made for the shuttle to take you to the airport. Of note, I was at breakfast and observed Tova interact with five different parties around me about the Hilton Honors program and blatantly avoided speaking with me. When approached about it, she said it was because I was eating breakfast/had a child, but it was during breakfast and other people she approached were also still eating.

This property wasn’t the Embassy Suites I’m accustomed to. The room was extremely small. I will never stay there again and I definitely will not recommend it. Definitely was not worth the money I spent.

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to the air vents being covered in mold. They tried to switch us a 4th time but we did not want to move all 5 of us again especially being that when we went to look at the 4th room it was no better. The bathtubs also looked dirty as well. If they could get on board with those couple of things it would be a super nice hotel. The elevators were also kind of sketchy too.

Front of house staff and reception was not friendly. Shower was not draining properly. Lock on the restroom didn’t work at all. Amenities were not full when we entered room, had to order more towels and shampoo. This hotel wasn’t what we booked but we were transferred here because the other hotel overbooked, so we were hoping it would have same facilities and amenities but it’s really lacking.

See the above comments.. I didn’t like anything from the minute I pulled up to the front door and saw the local community pool. Please fix your pics online to truly represent what people are getting themselves into.. seeing the hotel online and then checking in are two COMPLETELY different worlds!! The in person version of you Hotel was a little gross to be completely honest

Nothing at all. We didn’t even check in. Upon arrival I wasn’t completely impressed and was actually disappointed with the look immediately and upset with the pool area, which reminded me of a local community pool. Staff wasn’t friendly but we traveled so we were ready to relax. There was a miscommunication with my payment options at checkin which I was bothered by because before arrival I contacted the hotel several times to make sure I could pay cash at checkin as I didn’t want to put the charges on my card. The miscommunication and the unfriendly staff and the fact that I wasn’t even impressed anyway made me decide to leave. We traveled 30 min to a Hilton in St. Pete that was easily able to accommodate my requests. The new hotel was gorgeous, welcoming, accommodating and the pool area was CLEAN and private, not in the parking lot. This will be the last time I stay or attempt to stay at Embassy Suites

They sent us to a smoking room TWICE, the third one was smoked in as well an was just sprayed for us so we “don’t notice” my fiancé and my 4year old daughter had to deal with such unpleasant smells, breakfast was okay, the omelette chef lady was nice but their scrambled eggs wayyy overdone and hard, they offered us drinks vouchers to make it better but we are not drinkers, completely different than other enbassy suites experiences we had before

The ro was not clean...had to sleep on top of blanket. because the sheets had hair and blood on them. the floors was dirty. the refrigerator had stuff in it ..and it was our Anniversary .so that was shoot ..that was the first time we went out and got a room for our Anniversary. Don't know if I will be doing that again... And what topped the whole thing off is we also found drugs on the ground...when we was coming back from dinner...so you tell me what your view would be...

Not very clean, hallways and room smell like an old wet mop. Also housekeeping is not regulated unless you ask. I was completely unpleased of stains and blood stains on bedding and curtains. Bathroom was not swept, lamps were lop sized upon entry of check in. Not the Embassy Suites I’m use to. Very outdated.

That the 1st room I was in #703, the AC didn't work and neither did the A/C. The room was not stocked with enough towels, soap etc for a Suite. The 2nd room i was moved to #915, the A/C did not work either. At this point it was near 10 pm and we already had a long day. I had 3 kids ages 7,7 and 8 and 2 adults. I was not satisfied overall and I think it's just this location.
