Lack of room price availability/transparency; hotel source itself would not match Booking.com, Expedia, Priceline or similar service quotes; each service offered different rates; persons in same party paid from $400 to $175 per night for same type rooms and amenities. This situation may have depended on when reservations were made. Three elevators insufficient for hotel this size when it is nearly full - though in fairness had to wait only about 30% of time for another car and stay was during Spring Break.

Outstanding staff from reception to bar in terms of immediate service and hospitable attitude. Room accessibility & amenities; bathroom water temp & lighting, included breakfast variety. Of our group of about 30 people, all but 2 were pleased with this hotel.

The front desk staff was hit or miss, we had problems at check in. Our room was hot, musty & smelly. The AC hadn't been turned on.The associate was completely unsympathetic and flatly declared there was no other room. Fortunately the maintenance man was so efficient and got the unit working . The smell faded but never went away. Several front desk people were helpful with the,shuttle etc others were totally disinterested . One elevator never worked during our 3 day stay.

The breakfast was very good and the,staff hard working and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located to Busch Gardens and the shuttle to the park eliminates the expense and hassle of parking. Matt, the driver, is excellent & works,with you to coordinate drop off & pick up. The pool area was nice and bigger than the pictures. The suite rooms are big and good for families. The microwave & fridge are a bonus. I've stayed here before & will stay again.

The phones didn’t work so we couldn’t use room service and when we called with our cell phones to the lobby it kept on disconnecting. Then the next day our ac and some power went out, we couldn’t call. We were checking out within the next few hours so I mentioned it when I checked out. Seemed like the front desk person was a little frustrated from other “complaints “.

I didn’t like that the price was not the same as quoted on Bookings. They also charged $12 a night for parking in a suburban parking lot that they owned which wasn’t that nice. They also charged a $1 a night fee for the USF campus . Overall. the price was too expensive.

The property was older but attractive with a little wear and tear but the suites were comfortable.

When 4 people are in a room please give 4 sets of towels! Hotels tend not to do that automatically. Also our kids slept in the front room (fold-out couch) but we had to run the fan all night b/c there was so much noise from the central atrium; better sound control at the room door would help!

Spacious, attractive hotel w/ a huge central courtyard w/ attractive plants and fountains. Friendly staff, ample parking, big hot and cold breakfast buffet. Room was large too w/ good views. Big fitness room. Close to Busch Gardens.

Some common areas....specifically elevator floors in need of cleaning. Charging for parking!! Really??? Ridiculous!!

Asked to come to the front desk for 500 points and was sold a package for another stay plus another 500 points. Never receieved the points. Seems only purpose they wanted us to come to the desk was to sell us another stay. Despite emailing them. Months later no points

There was a convention for the blind and too many service dogs were there. They did not clean up the landscape and dodo was all over the grounds

Your towels were not soft and floppy. I requested used towels and garbage to be picked up and that wasn’t done.

Location was great, parking was great, Breakfast was great. All other amenities was good.

Open space design of hotel meant a lot of outside noise coming in from the main hall. Bed was a little too firm but not too bad, needed my own transportation more than I would have liked, would have been nice to have more meal options closer

I didn't like how the pool had mold and I seen multiple rodents downstairs in the lobby/kitchen area

The location was a winner, under five minutes to get to Busch Garden and Adventure Landing. The hotel staff was nice and willing to assist. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just ok I've had better at other embassy

The water pressure was not very good, there was hardly and pressure and the sheets are very small..

Well the only issue was the room wasn't ready until after 4 so we had to wait but it was all good.

Clean comfortable hotel, excellant breakfast - made to order eggs. Had an evening social with free snacks.
