There was a pile of dirty linen outside my door for 24hrs from time I checked in till the nxt day. The rm smelled like mold and breakfast was like being at motel6. If I was a smoker, I could get high for free by hanging in the parking lot or by the pool. The Marijuana smell was so strong, I got a headache just walking to my car. The lobby was dirty from kids playing until the nxt day. House keeping sucks!. I didn't want to stay in a hotel with dogs! I felt like I was at a dog park

The location was great. It was near plenty of restaurants, gas stations and Walmart. I was very close to Bush Gardens, the interstate and the area was safe to take a walk.

I wasn't too thrilled with the happy hour as it only allowed for two drinks, and the quality of the TVs in the room was subpar. Additionally, the rooms themselves seemed outdated and old. When I tried calling the hotel, no one picked up and the call would sometimes drop for hours. As for breakfast, it was quite disappointing and reminiscent of a subpar lunchroom from the 1980s.

I appreciated their happy hour, but that was the only positive aspect for me.

Bedding did not fit the mattress….bed was very uncomfortable. Someone was speaking thru the alarm on the wall at 7 am but couldn’t understand them or if there was a fire/issue or what. Maid knocked on the door at 8 am expecting us to be out but checkout wasn’t until 11 am. Trash wasn’t dumped between stays so we had someone else’s garbage in our room.

We just didn’t like how we paid for breakfast and didn’t end up having any since they closed so early and nobody told us anything.

Pool area was very under kept, maintained, and monitored. Staff watching pool grounds allowed one group of guests to take all chairs and tables (not many) and move to one corner for their own use. Drank glass bottles of beers daily (when signs very large say no glass containers in area) and eating and dropping food in pool. Smoking continuously while not going to designated areas. left all garbage out daily of empty cases of beer and food containers left in pool area each Nite. Made area look very trashy and Children unwelcomed. Pool water was very poor and cloudy. Pool area was a mess and not monitored or maintained daily at all. Drinking pool side by guest is okay but allowing them to go overboard with glass bottles and smoking poolside along with eating their food in pool while swimming explains why water quality was cloudy and terrible. Phones in rooms can need upgrading and hard to call front desk.

Breakfast Great & Staff. Bed and room comfortable. Reasonably priced. Call on pool first before booking if clean.

I did not enjoy the rudeness of the front desk associate. The ac knowingly being broken and still giving me the room(but as soon as i made a request to the front desk it was fixed)

Close to the venue of a concert we were going to. Every part of the hotel was exceptionally clean! The staff that was nice was phenomenal, the bar tender Angie was amazing and welcomed us and talked with us about the concert and our experience there in Florida, her customer service was amazing and everyone in the room seems exceptionally happy with her service

A group of kids were very lond and ride at the pool.

The hotel was updated and cleaned. Open construction was nice and bright. The staff was friendly and professional.

Room 833 (top floor - Premium Foor), next to Presdential Suite is haunted. Terrifying experiences for 7 hours after check-in was filled with poltergeist encounters. At 3 a.m., we were moved to the 7th floor to a safer room. No refund or discounts were given. We'll never be back.

Good breakfast. Good location near Busch Gardens.
