Stayed on the 5th floor, and sleeping in the “living room” portion of the suite closer to the door was very loud. A lot of chatter and music from the lobby carried over. Pool was a bit smaller than anticipated (its perfect for kids though, 3ft), and it wasn’t heated which was a bit unfortunate.

The staff was really helpful and the rooms were clean and the suite layout (and multiple TVs) was very helpful for a family of 5. Breakfast was really fun - lots of variety, made to order omelettes, everyone in the family enjoyed it and it was a great way to get the day started. Location was safe and walking distance (sort of) to the main attractions.

My stay was short but the property was in a great area to attractions and the school we were visiting. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, approachable and answered any questions I had. I will stay at this location again.

The buffet was crowded and disorganized but I’m not sure how to prevent that. Thankful it came with the room. The snack register didn’t work all the time.

The room I booked was advertised as a corner room and I don’t think it should have been advertised this way. Who doesn’t think “corner room” is synonymous with a 90 degree angle of windows, meaning a room at the end of a hallway with 2 windows offering views from two directions?? The “corner” room we were given had a view from the single window in our room of brick wall!! Our room was NOT located at a “corner”. I called the front desk immediately upon entry into to the room and was told that our room was considered a “corner” room. The only reason I could think of was perhaps because our room was adjoining to a room at the end of the hall, which I suppose was the “corner room”. However, we weren’t given that room. I didn’t argue with the front desk because I figured the priority of our trip was to visit the sites and not look out from the hotel windows. In hindsight, I probably should have at least said something to the manager at the time.

Great location! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very good, with an abundance of food choices. The restaurant staff, especially during breakfast hours deserve extra kudos!! They worked really hard to keep the breakfast rush running so well.

They need a couple garbage baskets in the rooms because we had no place to put our garbage. It was overflowing....also, there was no ice machine on the floor

The complimentary breakfasts, happy hour, the staff, rooms, location, cleanliness were all just amazing. Probably the best place we've stayed! The staff were ALL so kind & efficient.

There was originally an issue when we first checked in and the clerk working said he couldn't find our reservation. He said it was an issue with booking.com, so I frantically called booking.com. They were so quick to be helpful. There was no issue with our reservation, the clerk just didn't look for my full name. Another clerk came over and took over and was much more helpful and set us up with connecting corner suites! She was awesome and so kind. We enjoyed all the amenities including the fun happy hour with drinks and snacks. The location is fantastic and beautiful. The hotel must have recently gone through a renovation because we stayed in it a few years ago, and it seemed like everything was updated!

Could not order food until 5pm and the prime rib sandwich was terrible. For breakfast, most of the staff was really good, but I did run into a few at breakfast that seemed irritated.

All in all, a great stay. Breakfast area was a bit confusing, as the set-up is not friendly. Cleaning lady was great and the young lady, Isabel, was very friendly and helpful.
