The first room the staff gave me was facing a brick wall , no joke . I called downstairs and had them send me to a different suite , The second Room was just ok for a King Suite.. tub was a little dirty .

The bar and breakfast area were very accommodating.

There were a couple of minor cleaning/maintenance issues in the bath that were reported multiple times but were never addressed. It’s imperative that these items are not present to provide comfortability in the room. I sometimes feel booking through a 3rd party automatically lends itself to being given a room that is not cleaned & maintained to the highest standard. :(

Michael McIntyre was at the front desk at check in and made me feel very welcome! He asked me the purpose of my stay & provided a very sweet treat for my daughter when I told him we were in town to celebrate her 21st birthday! Love the evening reception! We were there Super Bowl Sunday…. it was great to “pre-game” there & flow right into the evening festivities. The staff managing the reception and restaurant also provided really good service.

Nothing was really bad but there were queues for breakfast and evening reception but staff tried their best to clear tables fast and refill stuff just a busy time of year

The AC wouldn’t cool the room below 71 degrees regardless of changing the temperature to 68 or 70 degrees on the cool setting and the room heated up to 78 degrees while we slept.

It was close to the White House and easy to walk to close by establishments

Hopsitality was excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Location was prime to convention center and walking around the heart of the city.

The pool was not clean - we were trying to use it but it has a layer of foam floating when we arrived, made us not very comfortable. My kid was a little disappointed that she did not get to hop in the pool.

My only complaint is that I wish the pool was warmer. Other than that, great stay overall.

Beautiful hotel. Good amenities. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Big bonus if you're vacationing with children. Nice sized gym as well with weights!

Staff were not friendly and rude. I asked for extra pillows but housekeeping brought towel instead and I don’t know why. Then I called and asked again for pillows in which housekeeping came and started yelling down the hallway that i didn’t ask for everything that I need all at once. I told her that I didn’t ask for towels. Concierge too was rude. Left our luggage to store coz we had a lot. Their facial expression said annoyance. I would love to stay again but the staff are just not friendly. Only front desk staff were nice.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger and there was no closet in the bedroom to hang up clothes, only a few drawers.

Great facilities, spacious and comfort was wow!!! Secure (keycard required to access upper floors), and location couldn't be better for business trip, being right downtown. Great breakfast also.

The older lady bartender, African american. I think they stated her name was Beverly. Not friendly. Short and snappy. I and other guest in our group were not fond of who at all. They need to have Bridget work the week of TRB.

Love the same staff I see every year during TRB. Bridget at the restaurant and bar is always awesome. Such a hardworking, helpful and accommodates all the hotel guest.
