Almost canceled after reading current reviews but decided as long as it’s clean, it should be fine. Check in was easy, front desk was friendly. We can confirm with what other reviewers posted. Bleached, dirty carpet, frayed rug, peeling faux leather chairs, (although 2 shown in the properties photos were just taken out and placed in garage) Interior of dishwasher needed a good cleaning instead of recirculating onto the dishes. We made a lot of prepared Costco meals but there wasn’t a sheet pan to place them on in the oven so we had to use the microwave for several items instead. Sheets and bathrooms were clean. Although the pool wasn’t heated, with the hot weather we were still able to enjoy it a few times. Unfortunately the connected “hot tub” was the same temp as the pool. It would have been nice to be heated to be enjoyed after walking in the parks all day. We took the garbage out once daily. We called to get extra trash liners and extra toiletries (provided 1 body wash per bathroom for an 8 day stay) to last through our remaining stay. The staff said they don’t usually do that but did send housekeeping out to drop off extras which was nice. This house was in a safe/close location. We felt it could be such a GEM if only it had a little more TLC put into it especially for the amount paid. Overall it is a good place but has potential to be great with attention to a few details!

I think there could have been clearer communication how to check-in

The house was amazing, clean, new and comfortable. The water parks was great.

Floor stains, roaches found in 3 rooms, hot tub is 60 dollars extra a day, fake leather was pealing, low water pressure, water park closes at 6pm. Restaurant staff was arguing in front of us. Gate key system was horrible, nothing matched on the interior, water smells like sulfer, AC broke upstairs and was finally fixed, crap utensils no pizza cutter, gas grill didn't work, replacement was crappy. Hot water didn't last and took forever to heat up.

Staff for the most part was great especially Liz L. She did try to accommodate us the best she could. We had a list of issues.

There’s So many things damaged in the property the carpet, the chairs, furniture, curtains, the fridge with broken pieces of drawers it gives a very bad aspect ripped carpet dirty chairs in the patio missing cushions and the ones there’s are so dirty, a mirror just sitting there on top of furniture we were very disappointed, I don’t think we will stay again

The hotel location showing on booking.com was 8011 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. All the email communications were showing hotel is located at 8011 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. However when we arrived the resort on our first day. We couldn’t find the place. I called their customer service and was told the hotel location is actually at 7365 Fairfax Drive, Reunion. They showed an address which was close to Animal Kingdom when we booked the resort but actually the location is fake and the resort is way further. They also refused to cancel or change our booking when we realized the hotel address is not real.

I didn’t like anything about the property.

The management of the property was awful! Staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Televisions (5) and internet didn’t work all week. Garbage disposal was broken until last day of our stay.

Lots of space and a bathroom for each bedroom.
