The room was not as clean as expected, we weren't expecting perfection in a smoking room but there was food on the remote, the ice bucket lid was dirty and the plastic table side channel guide had years of dirty fingerprints and residue all over it. A little extra cleaning would have gotten them a 10 in our book.

The location was good, the price was fair. My husband is a smoker so we always stay in a smoking room, often those rooms have a heavy odor but this room was much more tolerable.

Didn't get refunded for leaving a day early even after the guy at front desk said contact booking I'll get my money back but booking couldn't get ahold of them so they got 135$ to stay from 10pm to 11am check out next morning

When we left we went back.in to give a tip to man and woman who had went in before the door was closed. They did NOT change the sheets. I saw them.remove and replace sheets!

Our suitcase came up missing and staff was very rude about it. Saying no body had access to our room but us and cleaning people. Knowing WE DID NOT DISPOSE OF OUR SUITCASE THEY STILL ACCUSED US OF DISPOSING OF OUR SUITCASE AND THEIR STAFF HAD BEEN WITH THEM FOR IVER 10 YEARS AND NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING. HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK WE ARE. WE ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY STINGY WITH TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES. THE FIRST NIGHT WE ONLY HAD 1 HAND TOWEL AND ONE WASHCLOTH. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONES DIRTY SHIRT AND UNDERWARE BEHIND THE DRESSER AT THE ONE SIDE OF THE BED. ANYTIME WE QUESTIONED ANYTHING THEY SHOT US DOWN LIKE WE WERE IDIOTS. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL LIKE THAT.

Feeling unsafe from time to time. It seemed like there were some people that lived there long term. Scary at times.

The price. It was a good value for the 4 nights. The staff was helpful.

Staff seemed overworked (perhaps understaffed?) and consistently made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by trying to do normal things like check in or ask questions about availability. I also didn't hear back about my request to extend my stay until after I had already left, despite having made a request 2 days in advance. Staff also smirked at my wearing a mask until learning that I actually had covid.

The place was extremely clean and well kept. It was easy to walk in and feel comfortable. Stay here if you are most interested in a fresh place close to the airport.

i did not like to much about the place i ask them to put me in a room that would be quiet because of my bad headaches and they was painting and fixing the things in the room next to me so it was not quite

i was trying to sleep and the cleaning lady was knocking wanting to come in and i said it was sleeping she left
