Not very clean. Several lamps in room did not work, or had no light bulbs. No fridge, microwave, or full-length mirror in room. No screen in window. No breakfast apart from granola bars.

Convenient location for the purposes of the trip. Adequate parking. Large bathroom mirror with adjustable light.

The smell of smoke permeated through the hotel. Metal bed from that was loud if touched. Did not seem like a safe hotel.

The location worked for us and it was a last minute booking. For one night it is okay, but only if nothing else in the area is available.

I am not expecting much at a 2-star hotel, but I think the room was a little beat up for my liking. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor. The shower faucet was broken. It was pressed on and easily fell off in my hand, however it did function.

Good location, it is close by to an event I was attending.

The hotel wasn't the cleanest, which was seen in the other reviews and not shocked by but I was not prepared for mice in the hotel room. Domestic deputes were a nightly occurrence, and when staff came to address them, they mainly said they didn't want any trouble and left, and the disputes continued throughout the night.

First of all I booked a non smoking room and my room smelled like a ash tray. Was there 6 days never seen room service. I took my own trash to the dumpster. Washer and dryer broke had to find a landrymat. People up all hours of the night talking in the hall like they were outside. Front desk let a man come to my room at 1130 at night looking for someone well aware that I was a solo traveler. The free breakfast consisted of toast and 2 sugar cereals in which I am diabetic couldn't have either. The staff was just as loud at night. Homeless people hanging out on the parking lot. Towels were discolored and stained. For 600.00 they need to do a lot better also phone in room didn't work.

I paid for pets and the next morning I was told they were not permitted. The first room was filthy, dirty towels with the tub and sink full of water. The second room was not at standard (my opinion), with only one towel.

They had roaches, we killed over 10 of them. The manager asked us to bring cash for the $100 deposit instead of putting it on our card. They refused to answer the phone when we called about the roaches, then acted like they were surprised when we told them. The lights were very dim, and the latch lock on the door was broken so no extra security. The chair in the room was filthy. The microwave wasn't plugged up. The amount of bleach used to "clean" the room was so overbearing we got headaches. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures in the listing. The only upgrades were the bathroom sink top and the mirror. There were cracks in the floor. The heater and the tv remote were dirty. The shower head and curtain rod were broke.

Property needs a major upgrade. Went to the room after check in. Room was disgusting, old smell, pillow cases were dingy. The blanket had cigarette burns all over it and then it wasn’t the correct bed size. It definitely had bed bug potential. Went back downstairs to let the guy know he didn’t give me correct room and it was a roach crawling on the front desk. When I asked the person why is it a roach crawling on the counter , he had the OH S—- face. I asked for a refund.

The place reminded me of some cheap motel on Pulaski Highway where the prostitution and garbage live. The first room they gave us had a busted window in it, and no shades on the windows. One back down to the front desk they gave us a second room. The second room had no heat and the television didn’t work. So finally, I asked for a refund And they said they wasn’t able to give me one so they told me they wanted to show us a few more rooms the next room they showed us happen to be with two beds in it. But we were so disgusted with the roaches that we had the front desk man come back to our room, and he even saw the roaches and said if we could leave the room for one hour and then come back. But we could not because it was already after 11 o’clock at night. So we went spraying the roaches with deodorant and killing them with a shoe and my husband and I both had to sleep in separate beds because we were afraid to put anything on the floor anywhere else. I will never stay at this place again. And I will definitely spread the word about how filthy the places.

The first room we got was smelling of cigarette smoke to the point that we were choking. Had to request a different room . It was a little better in terms of the smoking smell however the floor was dirty - felt like the floot had not been mopped in years and there were bugs. Jeez!!!!

Simple we can't stay in the room. We left in the moment we access the room to another hotel, even we had already paid. Dust and rust everywhere. Dirty sheets with blood stains. Window glasses that seems more than a year without cleaning. Terrible place
