The room was very clean and cozy - perfect for my trip! The location was exceptional - less than a mile from the west entrance to Yellowstone. The staff was friendly and helpful - they made great recommendations for meals and "what to do" outside of the park. I'll def stay there again!

Parking lot is very tight. Only tv is in the bedroom and there isn't one in the sitting/living area.

Great location with easy access to all West Yellowstone offers. Easy check in/out and very nice desk clerks. Bed is super comfy. Good thick towels, not at all flimsy like some motels provide. All very clean inside and out. Nice selection of teas and regular coffee in the lobby. If you want decaf coffee for your in-room coffee maker be sure to ask for it upon check in.

The ONLY thing I can say is my pillow was uncomfortable. All four pillows had foam either solid or pieces. I could/should travel with my own pillow, this time I forgot to bring mine...

Phenomenal property! Great location! Our first encounter at check in with a young man was very respectful, and he helped us with restaurant options. Each day after that was equally as genuine and pleasent, always greeted with a warm smile. Our room was immaculate and a fresh vibe that matched the reigon. Upon arrival was a hand written post card greeting us by name and included the weather for the following day, a personal touch that does not exist anymore. I actually felt as if I was in the guest room of a friend or family member. The check in area is extremely comfortable with an offering of coffee, tea and hot cocoa, as well as small snacks. This was wonderful for us as I like to start my day with coffee and end each night with a cup of tea. I actually travel with my own coffee station, however, this was incredibly helpful and convenient. I plan to stay at the Evergreen again on our next visit to Yellowstone.

The wooden floors creak a lot and the overall sound insulation is not the best. This is especially problematic since there are always guests who are active from 5 am onward and you can hear them walking around in the adjacent rooms, talking loudly outside, slamming car doors and starting engines. I would also recommend assigning parking spots to specific rooms to minimize noise and facilitate efficient loading/ unloading.

The breakfast could be expanded. Basically rolls and coffee. Not much there when we looked in, so opted for local breakfast cafe.

The property was extremely well kept and the rooms were up to date. We had a small problem that was attended to promptly.

I love the attention to detail. We stayed in Rm 15. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Loved how the office had a few light refreshments, coffee and tea available during office hours. Wish we could have stayed longer and when we come back, my husband and I both agreed that we would only stay at the Evergreen. The bed was very comfortable. After a long day of traveling… it was much needed. This little gem didn’t disappoint. The 2 brothers that run the front desk were very kind and helpful. The handwriting note was the icing on the cake. The fact that they took the time to do that, shows they care about their guest and their experience. We live in Florida where hotels, motels and resorts are everywhere. We have stayed in many from economic places to 5 star. I don’t believe I have ever stayed somewhere that paid such close attention to detail as the Evergreen. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us.

Because the room was small, I found myself looking for hooks to hang small purses/bags or hats on. They did have a small coat rack in the room which was nice! Very minor thing I felt was missing in an overall excellent accommodation.

The Evergreen was perfect for our visit to Yellowstone. West Yellowstone was a town buzzing with restaurants and shopping close enough to walk and very close to the park entrance. The Evergreen was a very clean, nicely decorated room. It's small but all you need when you plan to spend most of your time out of the room anyways. Staff was very friendly, too.

The WiFi was pretty bad, we ended up using our own data plan. The sound proof was not optimal.

The facility is very clean and tidy. It has sufficient heating for cold days. Front desk was helpful and friendly, they also accommodated my late check-in request! The location is prime, very close to local food and shop. For my trip, it had the best price among other options.

Bathrooms were small but they do the job and were clean.

Perfect hotel. Loved the laundry, ice machine, modern rooms, everything you need in a hotel. Location was good. Really helpful staff.
