Good, affordable basic hotel in Waikiki.

I asked for house service a day early but it didn’t get done but that’s okay. We weren’t upset about it.

The property was close to the beach and the ABC stores.

Was a bit tricky to find, not well marked. Basically located in an old alleyway, with no sidewalks. It's a back-water spot; but I didn't really feel unsafe; it was functional for my needs.

Was one of the least expensive hotel rooms in Waikiki, though still not cheap. Was close to a Dennys, the beach, and many shops on main drag. Wasn't too noisy; no bar real close. Shower and toiletries were nice. Everything worked as needed.

The cleanliness was very average. Lots of cockroaches stuck on the kitchen table (between the base and the glass), the room has a bit of a humidity smell. The bed was very clean, however.

The kitchenette is a big plus! Helped us save a little on breakfast/lunch, since everything in Waikiki is extremely expensive.

It has 1 elevator. That sometimes made it difficult to move luggage.

The location was great; about 1 block from Waikiki Beach. The room was spacious and very clean. It even had a 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine! The top deck had lawn chairs with pads and tables.

Nothing major. Wouldn't be fair to have expectation for services that you can only get in a higher class hotel.

Surprisingly pleasant and much better hotel than what you would expect in this price range. (Thank you very much for upgrading my room! 😉) Everything is very close like the beautiful beaches, ABC Stores, bars, the bus stop from where you can get to every major attraction. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended hotel if you want to save some money but still want a good place to stay. Spend your money on attractions and experiences instead!

We stayed there twice (in the same suite!), a year ago and very recently. The stove in the kitchenette wasn't working properly both times. Still managed to cook some fritattas there. :)

Great location, near the beautiful beach. Convenient two-bedroom suite with kitchenette - great for families! Nice and helpful staff.

Nothing to really complain about

Great location with a two minute walk to the beach. Large room with plenty of room to stretch out, bathroom a bit of a squeeze but adequate. Good wi-fi connection which was free, a nice little balcony. Also contained a fridge, microwave and cutlery which due to my short stop-over I didn'y use. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

It was a little dated and worn. The fire alarm kept going off. The sound of the sliding doors being opened and closed was irritating.

It was very convenient to walk to the beach. It was affordable and I felt safe and comfortable.

The hotel needs to brighten up and better identify the lobby entrance, trim the vegetation that partially hides the hotel name on the building. Also, the building sign is 30 or 40 feet to the right of the lobby entrance and is not lighted. I arrived after dark and drove by it three times until I asked someone in the street where it was. ...not a great welcome!

Told some maintenance request to the manager already.

Only few minutes to walk to the famous Waikiki Beach. Room was Equipped with small kitchenette including microwave oven and coffee machine. Short walk to the bus stop ideal to come or go to the airport. I suggest line 20 to the airport. For arrivals line 20 or 42. Several activities are offered in local business shops also offered from the apps are recommended. Every Friday you will find a news journal in cabinet on the streets with specials and offers around Oahu. “Oahu-this week” is the name of the journal. Note that there is no direct beach view but partly ocean view. From the roof terrace.

Even though it was a moderate room, it would have been great if there were places to hang clothes. The drawers were fine, but a hanging area is needed. A small night table on each side of the bed would be nice instead of the single night table. Our room was on the 7th floor and I was very surprised that there was no screen or other safety barrier on the window. The window opened and it seems as if this should be a minimal safety installation. Also there needs to be a chair in the laundry room so that guests can sit and read while waiting for their clothes to finish.

The hotel is located near the zoo and park. The park is where the marathon finish line is, so it was great to have a hotel room close to the finish.
