The smell of smoke in the lobby area.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a large room. There were plenty of amenities.

It is hard to find some charm in that kind of hotels, but I guess it's the same in all Vegas.

Location was perfect, rooms had a lot of space and were very clean. Price is cheap if you consider the facilities.

Most hotels have fridges and microwaves. None here. Per the very nice receptionist we were supposed to to get free parking since my husband is a veteran. Went and got a players card as instructed, but upon exiting the self park the player card did nothing and the only way out was to insert our credit card card and pay $ 18.

Even with the additional fees the price is the main attraction. This was just a quick overnight stay. Just needed a bed and a bathroom and that’s pretty much what we got.

Very old hotel and furniture. Room smelled like smoke. Pool area was also a bit old and outdated + had super bad opening hours.

Nice location and cool casino downstairs.

    I can't say there's anything I don't like about excalibur.

I initially had air conditioning problems and then hot water problems. They were fixed immediately. That's what counts. The staff is very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and helpful.

Needs to be on the main monorail system - while some people might be happy in 1 or 2 similar casinos, to see anything else vegas has to offer, you need to be able to get there more easily. Signage needs to be improved, appreciate that the idea is you don’t know where you’re going so you stay I one place, but if you need to go elsewhere then it would be appreciated that you actually help.

Whacky, reasonably priced, parking was easy enough once you found it

I reserved a room with 2 beds and when we got there they didn't have one so they said they "upgraded " our room ,which was one king bed ,hot tub and a roll away bed as there were 3 of us girls. I called ahead and told them we had a late flight in so I expected we would get the room we reserved. Also no fridge in the room.

The location was great, right on the strip. The food was good. Lots of shops. There was a walkway to the luxor. The staff was friendly. Room was comfortable.

Room was a little dated, but that wasn't really a problem for us. We thought it was such good value for money!

Room was big, bed was super comfortable. We walked up and down the Las Vegas strip and thought Excalibur was a good location, only 20/30 minutes from Bellagio/Casears. We spent time in the casino, staff were super friendly, also used the pool. Really great stay.
