We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was a joke cold weak coffee cereal that was stale no juice and some bread that was old no danish or anything close .and when I was going to go back to my room had a front desk clerk yell at me because I had a cup of coffee and a half eaten bowl of cereal that I was not allowed to take it back to my room,.?? I was actually taking it to the garbage can .very unproffesional.

United StatesDirty room, dead ants on the floor, in the shower and a couple of roaches. The motel gave away my reserved room. My booking included continental breakfast, there was stale bread for toast, cereal and milk was available. Manager was going to give me another room gave me a key to go look at it opened it up and it was dirty and not cleaned I declined. Stayed in the room they gave me initially because I had no choice I needed to be in Morgan Hill.

United StatesLet me start off with the positive your place of business is nice and attractive the office staff is on point the manager is funny and pleasant just watch him he's tricky but in a good way and makes me laugh .... but he will surprise you with the money .. lol ...but the room cleaning needs improvement, clean the bathtub hot tub better and toilet understand that there are many types of bacteria that can be harmful if you value your guests and want the better bus. then the room should be cleaned up to code ask yourself would u eat off that or lay your newborn baby there .if you wouldn't then why would you accept the way of cleaning? once I reclean the bathroom Im ok and check my bed.. no bugs or anything just lacking TLC OF CLEANYNESS .. BUT THE room size is great the set up is present I enjoy staying there that's why I rather redo the bathroom cause I like it there

United StatesTrash all over the outside of the buildings, staff hanging laundry on the bushes outside the building, bleach stains all over the carpet in the room, the couch looked like it needed to be replace and the cushions did not match the couch, burn marks on the counter tops, and bath tub, no trash can in the room, no extra toilet paper or Kleenex. No bath mat to put in front of the shower, and no cover over exhaust fan in restroom.
The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice

United StatesRoom was ok i didnt know about $50 deposit that hasnt been returned yet. It could have been a lot cleaner and is in need of remodel. In the morning the room next to me let their kids play right outside my room door from 7 am till about 9:30 so i didnt get much rest
