Breakfast is so bad and simple. They said this 3 star hotel . But only a motel level. Fire alarm was broken, every 20 seconds have ‘’ Be " . No one fix. Noise from next door until 4 AM .

When I asked for extra towels they said I had to exchange what I had. TV was coming out of the wall it was was crooked. Carton of milk was left in fridge when we checked in

Everything was a joke I would be very desperate to ever stay there again

The breakfast was a joke cold weak coffee cereal that was stale no juice and some bread that was old no danish or anything close .and when I was going to go back to my room had a front desk clerk yell at me because I had a cup of coffee and a half eaten bowl of cereal that I was not allowed to take it back to my room,.?? I was actually taking it to the garbage can .very unproffesional.

Dirty room, dead ants on the floor, in the shower and a couple of roaches. The motel gave away my reserved room. My booking included continental breakfast, there was stale bread for toast, cereal and milk was available. Manager was going to give me another room gave me a key to go look at it opened it up and it was dirty and not cleaned I declined. Stayed in the room they gave me initially because I had no choice I needed to be in Morgan Hill.

Let me start off with the positive your place of business is nice and attractive the office staff is on point the manager is funny and pleasant just watch him he's tricky but in a good way and makes me laugh .... but he will surprise you with the money .. lol ...but the room cleaning needs improvement, clean the bathtub hot tub better and toilet understand that there are many types of bacteria that can be harmful if you value your guests and want the better bus. then the room should be cleaned up to code ask yourself would u eat off that or lay your newborn baby there .if you wouldn't then why would you accept the way of cleaning? once I reclean the bathroom Im ok and check my bed.. no bugs or anything just lacking TLC OF CLEANYNESS .. BUT THE room size is great the set up is present I enjoy staying there that's why I rather redo the bathroom cause I like it there

Very noise, the needed some Maintenace. For example the bathroom ceiling had two different colors of paint (white and gray).

The location was ok and very noise. It sounded like there was a track team upstairs.

Arrived at 2:11. Was told check in is at 3:00 no earlier. Room smelled like disinfectant. Room looked dirty. Old carpet, writing on the paintings, couch was stained, very cheap towels.

Trash all over the outside of the buildings, staff hanging laundry on the bushes outside the building, bleach stains all over the carpet in the room, the couch looked like it needed to be replace and the cushions did not match the couch, burn marks on the counter tops, and bath tub, no trash can in the room, no extra toilet paper or Kleenex. No bath mat to put in front of the shower, and no cover over exhaust fan in restroom.

Room was ok i didnt know about $50 deposit that hasnt been returned yet. It could have been a lot cleaner and is in need of remodel. In the morning the room next to me let their kids play right outside my room door from 7 am till about 9:30 so i didnt get much rest

I had to change rooms 3 times the first room wasn't clean 2nd room tv didn't work 😑 3rd microwave was dirty but I stayed in it anyway.when I got out of the shower there was something written in the foggy mirror, Death 2 u ,it was creepy.

The spa bathtubs are nice.Room is very spacious.

Perhaps they would of inform is of the No Break Fast and that we may see Pet Hair on sheets that would of being a little more aware and we should of take some coffee for the cold morning

Well i have being in the hotel with previous owners and it was clean! Now rhe bed sheets have a lot of dog hair and there’s old food around the and behind the the beds !!!! And the smell of cigarettes is abit strong! Am Never going back to hotel!!! Thanks

I got overcharged $24 and when I entered the room It hadn’t been cleaned and the owner actually told me if I didn’t like it I can leave without my refund and I had only been there 20 minutes

We were assigned a room with a broken shower, no tv remote, a broken security lock.

A/C did work and drowned out the sounds of the 2am crowd loudly smoking and trolling the halls!!

THE ROOM! Looked like a 17th, 18th century boudoir. Definitely needed to be redone, window furnishings were heavy and outdated, sofa sleeper was not inviting to sit on, furniture mismatched, but the striped wallpaper was just too much. No bedside table(s). Bed skirt looked like someone wadded it up when it came out of the dryer and failed to iron it before putting it on the bed. TV wouldn't turn off with the remote, had to unplug it. Had to get up at 2 a.m. to tell my neighbors to take their little red dixie cups, cigarettes and conversation elsewhere, that I had paid for my room to sleep, not listen to them outside their door.

It was the filthiest room I had ever been in. Mold on ceilings, literally 4 bags of trash, ranging from food trash to dirty rags to beer cans stuffed in the closet. Filthy sheets and upholstery w stains and crusted leftovers on all upholstery, broken glass in and around the tub, toilet paper plugging what looked like bullet holes in the wall. We stayed all of 30 minutes, asked for a refund, was refused, left and stayed at a different local hotel.
