Shower was very tiny and room service was only every other day. Also parking was safe in a garage about 5 min walk away but it was pricey.

Even though everything is well kept, the room was a bit stuffy as the ventilation options are limited.

Good location, room was clean, breakfast buffet reasonable. Our room had a fully renovated bathroom. Beds seemed pretty new as well. Great reception staff.

-AC is quite loud and a bit too cold. I tried to adjust to dry mode for warmer temperature , but it’s still cold. When I turn it off , the room was ok.So, this wasn’t a really big issue. - WiFy is so slow and lost signal most of the time as previous reviews said. - Cleanliness in some areas. Some hairs found in the basin and sticky stain found on side bed table.

- Good location because there was not too loud noise from streets and easy to go to Powell St.for using public transportation. - Room size is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Also, they provided good quality of amenities. - Friendly staff and willing to help.

Our room didn’t have a view, but we didn’t sit in it for that to really matter. There was some noise from the street, but for a city it really wasn’t much. The bathroom is small, a shower and toilet with the basin in the bedroom but that didn’t cause us any problem and the shower was great. Breakfast was on disposable plates with plastic cutlery but that too wasn’t a problem for us.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great for finding places to eat in the evenings and getting to buses or walking out to explore. Breakfast had everything we wanted and some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve had in hotels. Wine in the lobby in the evening was a lovely gesture, the lobby was very pleasant with a welcoming fire and lots of seating options, settees or a desktop. The oranges at breakfast were excellent.

Breakfast was very poor, I understand it is complimentary but options and how they serve those was very unsatisfying. You need to use plastic knife and fork which is not environmental friendly, plastic plates etc. They call this continental breakfast but it was not.

Hotel's location is perfect, it is 1-2 mins walk to Chinatown, very close to Union Square, neighbourhood is safe, hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel seemed a bit aged, especially corridors, lifts etc. but in general it meets the expectation.

WiFi was a bit spotty.

The front staff were amazing, very helpful and kind, took the time to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast was nice, the rooms were decent. Originally I was on floor 5 and didn't get WiFi reception, the front desk receptionist Tammy then helped me switch to floor 2 which had wifi reception. Thank you so much for your help!
