Room was very outdated. Really need to upgrade furniture and make more modern...dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed like room was leaning. Bathroom walls really need painting lots of repairs. Toilet leaks at base. No vanity to put your stuff on...just a sink with no counter. Shower head so low couldn't wash hair with it. Only 1 trash can in whole room. Advertise free breakfast...which was coffee and oatmeal packets.

where I need to beginning with the lighting three out four lights were out two missing bulbs and the other two burnt out , the ironing board was broke and coming back that night from outing I noticed the hotel room door had a one to two inch gap from the door jam . The bathroom sink would not stop running when cut off , they had hair in the towels and tub also the trash can in the restroom had streak of brown stuff on the inner and outside didn’t want to know what was it , upon on checkout they were three baby Roaches on the wall about the shower . This hotel wasn’t worth 450 a night staying the reason of choosing this location was because of the first hotel reservation was cancelled At another location because of over booking and we drove a very long ways to get here .

First room we were offered was flooded with water, outside was dirty and trash needed emptying. Saw a couple bugs, bad smell and floor was not fully vacuumed.

they put in a out of other room didn’t notice until i told staff about the bathroom sink flooding and water literally going everywhere, they are no dishes you have to ask for some and also no way to clean the dishes unless you ask for dish liquids, the room was somewhat clean no outside area for you to chill drink and snack machines where out of order and the tv i had in my room sound literally kept going in and out this hotel was trash .

Customer service was bad the guy I checked in with he didn't know anything. I tried to extend a day and he didn't know how. I checked out the next morning and checked in to another hotel. Very disappointed... No hot water to take a shower no cups in room most hotels I stay in when out of town they have coffee makers and cups no ice buckets or machines. Worst hotel I stayed in...

The roach I found in my room. How horrible the room smelled. The toothpaste all over the bathroom wall up to the ceiling. How dirty the floor was. How dusty the tables and TV were. Just very run down. The girl at the desk during the day couldn’t get off her phone long enough to have a conversation about check in/out. She was incredibly rude!

There is not enough blanket.. 3 pillows for 2 guests that were flat as pancakes rooms smelled like smoke, and I say rooms because we got moved to another one after we checked in to our first one that was smoked in..broken bathroom vanity no dishes or pots at all in room even though you have a kitchenette..burner on stove did not work..stove looked like it was from a junkyard. And charged for early check-in..

I did not like the fact that one of their staff members walked in the hotel room in me while I was naked three times. They had broken stuff in the closet.
