I got to the facility at 9:45 pm. When I got there the black lady who met there said that the front desk closes at 10Pm, but she usually leaves at 9:30pm. When I got there, I met her arguing with some people for them wasting her time. I told her that I was there to check in. She said that I have to call the overnight phone number. When I called, the phone was right next to her. At that time, it was now 2 minutes to 10pm. she said that I have to go and come back the next day. Within that time another lady walked in. She offered to check all of us in. Which she did. The next morning, I requested for clean towels, I was informed it will Cost $12.50 to exchange the towels. So, I decided to go and purchase my own towels. I later informed her that this is not my first time staying at Extended Stay America. To my Suprise she said, "This Extended Stay is different from all the other places you have been". I later agreed with her. Even though they said, "no smoking", but people were smoking in the hallways on the third floor where I was staying. They were smoking both cigarette, and marijuana. in conclusions, this particular Extended Stay needs new management, or personnel. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I did not like anything about this facility. I have stayed at several of Extended Stay America, but this one was very different. I wanted to change location or cancel, but I was informed that it will take 14 days for me to get my refund.

Was told had to pay for new towels if I used the one in the room. Housekeeping never came by at all, toilet didn’t flush and water pressure was terrible. Running the tub with the stopper down still the shower head was pouring out water at the same time as the tub.

way overpriced for the quality of the hotel . our hallway smelled of smoke . the room two doors down argued very loud until about 3:50am . our bath tub did not drain very well at all . and our heat did not work in the room . this is more for people who live in hotels verses travelers . would never stay here again . also I booked with booking for one price and it was $30 more expensive when I checked in . I wouldn’t pay $50 to stay here let alone the $133 they charged me .

This was the dirtiest and worst maintained hotel I have stayed in. Wall outlets weren't attached to the walls. The security latch for the door was held in by half a screw. I had to bump my shoulder into the door to open it from the hallway. There were several stains running down the walls of the bathroom and there were cockroaches.

I didn't know there was a breakfast. Location worked well for my needs.

EVERYTHING!! We could not check in at 2:35 when we arrived. Ok, fine. So we waited until 3pm. The beds still were not made. We had to wait for that. The hotel was NOT CLEAN. Dust bunnies in the corners, films on the counters, the floors had not been swept, it was just cleaned mediocre at best. Then, staff barged in our room unannounced while we were taking a nap. AND one other time they showed up to "check on us". The staff on site told us we would be getting half off to compensate and we have received NOTHING. We have called the hotel twice to speak to someone and both times they say they will call back within 24-48 hours....and nothing. The hotel smelled like pot, the workers were not attentive at all, and there were plenty of questionable people hanging around. I couldn't be PAID to stay here again as it is not somewhere I would bring my family. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Our friends stayed here, too, and did not even have a shower curtain! I feel like I should be refunded the entire stay it was THAT BAD.

The ONLY thing good about this stay was the bed. The bed was comfortable.

Everything else. Very noisy and not well kept. Bed, well… I’m not sure how that qualifies as a bed. Pillows? Non existent. Asked for more, never received a reply. We ended up leaving three hours after we checked in due to the noise and discomfort. Do not recommend.

Location was perfect. Close to home, which is what we desired. Staff was nice, not very informative. We needed somewhere to go since we’d lost power at home and it was humid.
