The property could use some remodeling. The bathroom looked like it had mold growing around the baseboard. There was a stench in the hall that didn't seem to ever go away. There was a lot of people hanging out all the time, I think I seen someone prostitution while I was leaving out.

late night check in, you must pick up the telephone click option that your room key doesn’t work to reach someone! after hours…that I had to wait 12 mins for the manager to reach the late night shift just to check in! …. she was obviously sleeping!’ I expect to see a few roaches being down south but this room had a infestation! they scattered everywhere in the middle of the night when getting up to use the bathroom complete gross keep your ac blasting and food cleaned upon

I liked the brand new microwave and fridge! also two flat stove top burners! I didn’t try them though tv had great service and laundry basket was included

There were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the elevator, underneath the beds, beside the fridge and in the tub. Needless to say we did not stay.

From the outside it looks decent. The lady at the desk wasn’t awful to deal with. She was respectful. Unfortunately due the cockroaches EVERYWHERE, we did not stay. We were checked in for maybe all of 30 minutes.

Everything. Walls were paper thin. Other guests were blasting music outside our window. We could hear moaning through the walls. We didn't even make it 3 hours and we decided to get out of there. Not a family place for sure. Shady looking people staring you down as you walk into the building. Mold along the base trim. Everything felt sticky to the touch. After a 13 hour drive I just wanted to sleep and couldn't because of the anxiety of someone trying to break into my car or worse my room. This place should be condemned.

The rooms were dirty, staff rude we didn't it was really bad lost money because we try to give a benefit of doubt but is really bad so we left 5 minutes after checking in.

Nice that hotel is pet friendly, but there is no pet walk or complimentary doggie bags available.

Breakfast was good, but maybe some seasonal fruits would be nice...grapes, mangos, oranges. The location was great.

Receiving my funds back after being gala advertised for one for two their shouldn’t be an outside booking agency that’s not aware of the amount of rooms vacant before allowing payment 3 their shouldn’t be no problem refunding a customers funds when you all practice customer appreciation I don’t think even the manager would appreciate a room without a T.v.

Theirs was no tv in the room and I didn’t sleep their called to get my refund because I slept in my car and they did not get back to me nor refund me the funds for being falsely advertised currently filing a claim so no threats but it’ll be in you guise best interest to resolve this.

The sounds of vehicles on the interstate kept us awake most of the night, the small full size bed was extremely uncomfortable, because we could feel the inner springs as they creaked, and the 2 flat very pillows didn’t help. There was no water pressure in the shower so it barely came out of the shower head.

Hotel was in a rather run down area. No lights on the road leading to the hotel. I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and this was not up to the standards of others. The worst thing was sighting cockroaches running across the hallway. Disgusting! I should have tried to cancel my reservation but was too tired from 14 hours on the road.

I stayed in room 224 and it had roaches!! They came out at night and were on the walls by the tv and the bathroom. I was disgusted, it was too late to even ask to switch rooms since I had to leave early to catch a flight.
