Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Puerto RicoThe first impression was not the best as the entrance to the building and lobby could be cleaner and more pleasant. The employee who greeted me didn't look very good and at one point was even a little rude.
Rooms are clean and confortable. Location is convenient, safe and near restaurants and convenience stores.

United StatesThere are a limited number of coffee makers, so we didn't have one in our room (they were all checked out). Our kitchenette two burner stovetop had only one functioning burner. Without a carpet dust piles up quickly, it would have been nice to have a dust mop or broom in the room. The kitchen drawer for utensils was missing. Breakfast is just prepackaged muffins (some days) and coffee ("grab-n-go") there is no seating area per se in the lobby.
The location is close to grocery stores, mall, movies and restaurants. Just a mile from the highway and relatively quiet. We based here to go skiing for a week at Park City. It was an easy 30 minute drive to go skiing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They allow dogs :-) (though we didn't bring one) you get to meet some very fine pups.

Super convenient to the Cottonwood Canyons for skiing. Very basic rooms, no frills, but that’s all we needed. Nice lobby. I will say that the staff were accommodating when I messed up my reservation, so I really appreciated that!

CanadaAlthough we went for breakfast 15 minutes after it was open the dark roast coffee pot was empty and the only item left were 2 packets of instant oats. Breakfast was served on a narrow table at the entrance and not in a room. There were no bowls for the cereal, no bread, no granola bars no muffins either that the front desk clerk had mentioned there would be. The front desk did bring another pot of coffee but it was the light roast.
The room was large and clean with a full kitchen. The location is close to restaurants. Check-in was fast and friendly and so was check-out.

United StatesUnfortunately the hotel building was packed with cars and we needed to park in the back of the hotel. The place was kept pretty decent on the outside but the inside wasn't. As we checked in, the front entrance was messy. Then we made it to our room and realized the pictures from the website didn't do it justice. The beds were squicky. The table with chairs didn't match. Bathroom was very crampt. The shower had no water pressure and the sink faucet was the opposite. We needed to wear a towel to use the sink. After a long drive this was all just very disappointing.
The location of the hotel was very convenient. This place is in a nice area and close to the medical office that I was scheduled to be at the next morning.

United KingdomRoom air conditioning didn’t work well; it was hot and hard to sleep. While the kitchen was convenient, the stove didn’t appear to work. The free Wi-fi kept disconnecting. They offered premium Wi-Fi for purchase but I believe decent Wi-fi should be included in the price of the room. Finally, free coffee in the lobby was only available during a very limited time in the morning and they didn’t have milk to go with it. Powdered creamer doesn’t cut it but they had even run out of that, thought I suppose I could have bought some milk and put it in my fridge.
Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry facilities were convenient. The location is walking distance from restaurants and shops, even if the neighborhood isn’t a particularly pedestrian friendly kind of place. The units have a kitchen with a fridge and microwave which is convenient.
