United StatesElevator being down was crappy for 5 day stay at such a busy time at that. Being woke up at 8am Friday morning (room 216 right at elevator) was absolutely awful while they yelled and worked on elevator. I mean schedule it for 10 or 11am at least because this was rude to woken up at 8am and still not fixed. It ruined my day for the festival because I needed more sleep and slept hours after they left! They were yelling at each other banging around. Seemed excessive! Young lady at front desk told my male friend he can't walk around hotel without a shirt (there's no restaurants he was in) this was uncalled for. Anytime I went to front desk she just seemed miserable. 2 days in a row (we didn't bother going down again) there was zero coffee out for guest in morning. The hallways on 1st and 2nd floor (I never went to 3rd) reaked of urine everyday it was so gross. Maybe not dumping bathroom trashes or any housekeeping is had idea. At least do trash clean up every 3 days or so. Unless it's pets peeing in hall. Room itself was definitely fine but 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days is nuts and should have some under sink. Location was excellent and again, William was top notch!
I would like to give William at front front 5 stars! I called twice leading up to my check in and he was pleasant and reassuring about my reservation. Due to elevator being down he helped me (disabled ankle) carry stuff up stairs. He was polite and very professional. This man deserves a raise!

United StatesBreakfast was coffee only had sweetened milk or vanilla sweeted milk . no good for diabetic . only offer oatmeal or granola bar . hall ways little on dark side hard to see room numbers . pillow where very thin even using pillows from other bed . no smoking building but can smell pot smoke in some of the hallway coming from rooms. slide window to out side only opened 2 inches for fresh air .

United StatesThe room had no coffee maker, dishes, or silverware in the room. All things were available at the front desk but you have to ask for them. A small inconvenience. The reception area is awkward.
This property is in the middle of a great shopping area, Daytona Speedway, and Halifax Hospital. The room was adequate for a few day's stay and a good value for the price. I would recommend this property.

United StatesThe key cards seemed to easily lose the code to let you in. Twice I had to have the card refreshed. Would have been nice to have some fruit with the grab and go breakfast but appreciated what was provided.

United Stateswe start with breakfast; THERE ARE NO, bars and coffee if you manage to get there during the first 10 min. They do not restock, first come first serve. There are no kitchen utensils in the rooms you have to ask for them at the front desk and they try to find you what they can. The towels are given by exchange if you ask for them. They are details but it is not so bad!
The kitchen is spacious with a large fridge, microwave, 4-burner stove and small oven. the room is a good size. La piscina estaba limpia y los alrededores también.
