The very young insecure with an inferiority complex here security guard he was very disrespectful unfriendly I am a disabled young man hopefully and get some better training thanks to become a very nice man.

Water stains on the ceiling, breakfast was prepackaged rolls. Every time I wanted a towel, I had to return a towel, and there were only 2 to a room.

They tried very hard, and it was available when everything was sold out smelled like bleach.

I totally disliked all of the unfriendly staff but they all match the vibe of the hotel. The foul odor throughout the hotel was disgusting. It smelled of everything from cigarettes, marijuana, urine, animals, and dirty laundry. They didn't have many options with their "Continental Breakfast." The old curtains in the room were hideous. The room doors, made it appear unsafe due to many and various scratches and dents. The dirty and out dated flooring was ugly and slow working elevator was annoying. It's pretty much over due for the company to invest and pour back into this hotel, possibly do a lot of deep cleaning, repainting, remodeling & touch ups. Replace all furniture with new simple modern furniture and this place would be back right.

Well I had booked for check in at 11:00am.then arriving and being told that check in is at 3:00pm. I also booked online for a non-smoking room.i have a child with asthma. The room next to me or across from me was smoking weed which was seeping into our room.I went up to front Desk to let the young lady know about my situation, to only be told that she has lysol for the smell.so I mentioned that the room that I paid for is non-smoking and I have a child with asthma. Then to only be asked who checked me in?I replied you where here when I checked in.so I asked her to follow me backed to my room so that she can smell it for her self.and she said oh it's the room next to you.still all night!! My daughter had was suffering!!if you book non-smoking, which was displayed on every door number down the hall! Like come on that's what I paid for!!and fir front Desk to make it seem like that's my problem is just so unprofessional. Oh and for the morning bonus the was no creamer no snacks ,nothing! I really picked this hotel so my kids could could get up in the morning for a small breakfast that was advertised!be by 7:30 am all there was black coffee....

some guests rent for a long time and live like in an apartment, so the furniture is probably worn out and there is an unpleasant smell from a long stay advertised that there is a gym. but in fact it is not available for visiting

Outside of hotel is a little ruff Inside was run down elevators could use some maintenance. You could tell prior to our stay someone was living in that room full time staples and tape all over the entire room from picturs and posters. smoke detector covered with plastic bag comforter was dirty.. tile all loose and cracked. Smelt like weed. I would believe a franchise would have to keep things up to a certain standard if privately owned tjat explains everything

It was under renovation and the floor we were on was missing on the ground . We heard people telling us to shush from outside our door . The tv was hard to use . And the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on . The room was but vacuumed or cleaned . But the staff was nice I can say that

When we entered out floor an entire half was under construction, our room number was written in sharpie. When we entered the room all the windows were closed and it reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom tiles were being held together with tape. There was a hole in the sink counter which was the first of many holes we found around the room including in the blankets, the walls, and the furniture. Our stay was not long because our final straw was when we were about to get onto our bed and found a roach on top of the bed. Not knowing what else could be there my wife insisted we leave which we promptly did. How an establishment can operate like this is a mystery to me.

Nothing entire site was unsafe. Staff was rude from the beginning. Never received my deposit back when I booked a smoking room and was told after the fact that there’s a charge for smoking. I was unsatisfied. Would not recommend.

Their rates were really good upon arrival. I had another reservation at green tree, and the property was horrible. When I came to this property, I was amazed and comfortable. The pool and the customer service was absolutely amazing 10/10

What I didn’t like about the property is that I stayed here for three days and there was no cleaning service for our room so there was a lot of built up trash.

It was close to a lot of things, like the mall grocery store, bars , the bowling alley. And super close to Monarch arcade.
