Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI had to go to the office every day to get my door card reset. I am not sure why they couldn't set it for the entire three days I was there. It was annoying that I had to do that every day.
The location was ideal to where I needed to go. Convenient to light rail station and walking distance to airport.

The atmosphere is a little sketchy which really isn't an issue if you don't trip on that type of thing. Our neighbor gave off a wierd vibe everytime I would exit out the room he would just stand in front of his room staring at me. We wee also wakened up early by the sound of our neighbor beating the heck out of someone. It lasted a few minutes with some back and forth coming out the room. It sounded like there were several people during the altercation. It stopped then resumed again. I didn't want to peak out the window as if I was nosey. But it sounded like they were going to bust through our adjacent wall from all the tumbling around and fighting going on. No cops ever came or hotel staff.

United StatesThis place lies about there name on line. I was booking for another hotel and it ended up being super 8.which for years this place has been a drug and prostitute motel. The rooms smelled and where very every dirty with roaches as a mom I didn't want this motel because of its record but I had no choice to stay because there is no refunds. I could go on and on about how bad this place is but there isn't enough time.....
Location is good but everything else sucks....

United StatesI traveled from Chico ca to your sire. I arrived and got my key opened my room , looked around , turned off the lights and turned on my ultra violet light and what I saw made me feel I’ll. Next to the bed all over the walls by the phone , on the phone and in the kitchen there were spots where there were (bodily fluids ) to be nice about it, in all of these locations. These are not visible to the naked eye but under a u.v. Light they glow like a white shirt under a black light. I got mine at Home Depot for $15. I think your company should invest in at least one of these for the sake of being able to clean a room properly . Sanitation should be important in your business. Also when I saw the housekeeper in the lobby, she thought I was somebody she recognized and started saying no no no no no no to the manager then said something in a different language. Don’t know what she said but it wasn’t good.
