Website booked thru started microwave and fridge would be available in each room. Both were not included in the room the front desk reserved for me. I ignored it, sort of upset. More so just very disappointed bc I was expecting those two things because the site shows that all rooms have those two conveniences. Mattresses were comfy though, too Sleep on! So that’s a huge plus for me personally based off of whenever staying at other “budget”-styled motels! 👍🏽

Too many random people all times of night, drug transactions every where and not always being able to get a room where I can watch my car. My biggest fear, The good thing is before I check in I make sure I have everything I need until dark.

As a previous Phoenix resident, and living less than 3 minutes from this location for 7 yrs, it's doable. The staff is very accommodating as best they can considering the location and surroundings. Not always the safest feeling depending on the time of yr and or events. Seeing as how it's convenient to all my favorite food and I can most always get a smoking room. I'm not fond of running in and out to smoke. I'm hoping they do a few upgrades soon.

The walls were paper thin. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. The TV was an old CRT and the remote didn't fully function. There was very limited lighting in the room - the lighting around the mirror was extremely poor. The carpet was in serious need of deep shampoo. There was no security lock on the door.

The location is convenient, a few minutes from the airport, a few minutes to downtown, and right off the interstate.

Most of my issues were of no fault of the hotel - the area is a bit sketchy and I didn't feel comfortable going out at night. The hotel grounds felt safe enough though, I regularly saw/heard a security guard doing their rounds throughout the entire day. There was also yelling in an adjacent room, but this is also no fault of the hotel itself. I had two issues with the room itself: The carpet in front of the sink was very damp and smelled bad, like something was spilled or had been sitting awhile. The room also smelled very musty.

The location was great for getting where I wanted to go quickly! It's a few minutes' drive from downtown, the airport, and South Mountain. The bed was clean and the only bugs I saw were a couple of flies that had found their way in. The staff in the office were very helpful and nice, and I appreciated the sternness around evicting for unannounced guests for everyone's safety. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price I paid since all I needed was a clean bed to sleep in at night.
