We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe guy who checked me in ended up charging me for two extra guests ($36)when my reservation was made for one adult and two kids w/two double beds, my husband ended up coming so there was two adults and two kids in a room with two beds(so why did I get charged extra)…you have to take your dirty towels back to exchange for clean ones, mind you there was only three sets of each towels in the room when we got there and my son almost got into with the guy cause we didn’t have enough towels for everyone to wash they ass smdh.I had a issue with the washer where it took my money and when I confronted the guy at the desk he was very rude about the whole situation and never offered to give me money for the washer until I asked…just very rude and no customer service skills whatsoever smh

United StatesThe room wasn't clean, there was a large bag of skeezy trash in one of the drawers, the sheets looked clean but the room itself was never vacuumed. The room was also in disrepair with large gouges in the main counter which held the TV, a sink that leaked water all over the basin, and several other issues. Those aesthetics are not that big a deal to me for a simple overnight, but basic cleanliness was really lacking.
The proprietors were nice, the room was large, it was fairly quiet.

United StatesWe had to wait about 10 min for someone to come to the front desk when we arrived to check in. Then once we got into our room I looked around and noticed it wasn’t vacuumed, there were crumbs and pretzels behind the fridge. The lonely oversized chair that was in the room had stains all over the cushion. It’s safe to say my kids and I kept our socks on the whole time and all of our stuff in our suitcases. The breakfast was absolute trash, one waffle maker that’s probably never been cleaned because every waffle made was sticking and a pain to remove (I watched other guests struggle). There were honey buns, fruit loops or rice crispy cereal, and orange juice. Spend the extra $100 and stay across the street for a better stay.
The location was convenient and close to the venue we needed to attend a couple of days.

United StatesThe staff was rude and charged me an extra $90 for my children to stay with me for the 2 nights. The pool was closed. The hallway smelled of stale Chinese food. At least one outlet wasn't working. The bathroom vinyl wasn't glued down and was sticking to our feet. Water in the toilet was brownish. A button was missing from our TV remote, making it impossible to sync computer with the tv. Foam cups appear to be reused from previous guest.
We liked that the shower and toilet was seperated from the sink by a door. Location to our event.

United StatesWhere should I start… Oh, the beginning. The door was locked when we got there (it was very late). The guy at the desk was not very welcoming. The pool was “closed for maintenance”. The lobby and hallways had an unpleasant odor. The carpeting was stained in the hallways. There was no elevator that we could find for my 83 year old mother. The lighting was minimal and lightbulbs were missing from the lights over the guest rooms. The walls were prepped for painting but never painted, the bed runner and bed skirt were dirty. And probably the biggest thing was that we were there for three nights and no one ever came in to make beds or replace towels, coffee (one cup reg, one cup decaf) shampoo (one teaspoon packet, not enough for one wash), or take out trash.
It was a nice building with a nice pool and work out room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size with a nice bathroom.

United StatesThe floor wasn’t even sealed to the ground so walking on it barefoot the vinyl stuck to your feet and came up, we found a receipt on our headboard from 2021 covered in Dust, the over cleanliness of our room wasn’t great, the room had a bad odor walking in, and the breakfast was bare minimum.
