Expensive cost for 4 nights, even with breakfast included. Roof bar closed for drinks in winter months, although you can take drinks up there.

Breakfast varied & plentiful. Room very quiet as requested. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly on the whole. Perfect location for our need for Moynihan Train Hall. (Bang opposite) Lovely views from Rooftop bar area.

The breakfast service very poor ! Staff on second day & till end of stay the same 3 girls where terrible standing in their area chatting & having to be approached to clear tables & had to asked them to replenish tea bags coffee cereal butter milk cutlery . When I said good morning next day she drew her eyes of me & did not responded Boy on first day excellent & Curtis

The lifts were slow and often one of the 3 lifts wasn’t working. The breakfast was average. No variety , not much fresh fruit and often they were packing away breakfast items 45 minutes before closing. Most of the staff couldn’t understand English which was hard when requesting something.

Room Experience: The room on the 6th floor was very noisy, overlooking a courtyard with large air conditioning units generating significant noise at night. This greatly affected the quality of sleep. Check-In Receptionist: The check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was absolutely awful, showing no courtesy with no greeting, and instead appeared absorbed in her personal mobile phone. We were kept waiting without a hello or a smile, making the overall check-in process quite unpleasant. Breakfast Experience: Additionally, the breakfast was a waste of time. There was only one staff member, who couldn't keep up with the number of guests. The choices were limited as everything was empty, and items were not replenished quickly enough. The use of plastic/recyclable cutlery, coffee dispensers without labels, and three milk dispensers, all of which were empty, added to the disappointment. Furthermore, there was no fruit available.

The hotel is in a great location, and the bed is really comfortable.

The shower head was fixed and high up which makes washing and keeping your hair dry difficult! Breakfast is a little like a canteen with shared tables but food and staff were great and was very easy to fill up ready for a day exploring the city.

Location right outside Madison Square Gardens. Lots of accessible locations via walking and subway or train an option as on the doorstep. Bed was comfy, shower was hot & breakfast plentiful

I did not read beforehand what type of breakfast was served, so coming from the U.K. I would have liked equivalent of a full English breakfast. The options on the hot counter changed and bacon/pork sausages were not available every day.

Location was good being opposite Moynihan building of Penn station. It was nice and clean in there with some good quick food options.

The bar is not good! I ordered 2 drinks, both way overpriced and not very good at all. I don't mind paying premium for premium cocktails, these were premium price but not premium quality, and not even close. I would avoid the bar 100% if I stayed there again. Aside from that, if you can go up to the rooftop with a good drink from another bar, awesome views!

Great location for proximity to Madison Square Garden. Also very close to the subway, so very convenient to get around Manhattan as well a to and from LaGuardia. The staff were friendly and overall the hotel was good, I would stay here again.

Location couldn’t have been more perfect! We were there for 2 shows at Madison Square Garden and this hotel is right across the street! Everything was clean and the large shower was amazing! The breakfast staff was on top of everything. The rooftop bar was closed due to it being November, but you could still go up and take in the amazing views! Only minor negatives were slower elevators and the price wasn’t horrible for NYC but still a good chunk of change! Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

The elevators are slower to open than turtle. They do go down fast, but they do not even stop at your floor.

Surprisingly a well maintained and renovated hotel. Which definitely exceeded our expectation. We had booked three rooms, though not all were on same floor. The staff are really good and we’re always there with smile. It’s so close to Penn Station. That you hardly pay anything for your commute. We did Amtrak from VA.
