The mattress needs to either be rotated or replaced. The breakfast was awful. I did my best to fill up with juice and water. I still have yet to receive my deposit back. So as of now, I paid $170 to be hungry and sleep on a worn mattress where I tried not to roll into the dents in the bed

Breakfast was fine, hot food included. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was, it was a little noisy. But mostly it was great!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a little lacking wish there was more variety. Free internet was fairly speedy and did the job as I had a long meeting.

Two of us woke up with sore backs because our mattress was too soft. This might not be an Issue for others, just how it affected us.

We were at the hotel 4 nights and the pool could not be used for our entire stay. The breakfast area needs a new toaster. People had to wait over 10 minutes to get their toast. Replacement was made for each of the days we were there and each one was old and did not function.

The only thing I didn't understand, or care for, was there are no blackout curtains in the rooms, sheers only! So ... people outside are able to look inside your room, esp at night, the glare from the sun made it difficult to use my laptop during the day, impossible to take a nap, etc

What I most appreciated was the friendliness and attentiveness of staff/employees - always friendly, a smile, a kind word I stay in alot of these type places in the course of my travels and most of them have seriously negative attitudes and vibes So thank you for the good attitudes! Also, good hot water showers, reasonably comfortable bed, fairly quiet depending on the neighbors, good enough breakfasts -- all in all a good choice for me

The Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. I use an elevator and it made lots of noise and every time I used it felt like it was dangerous.

our bed had a huge dip in the middle, it made my husbands sleep very uncomfortable. my side was great.

They were so kind to let us check in early, and overall had a great stay. The hotel was clean and had many amenities.

In the room next to us was sounded like 10 unaccompanied kids. They were running up and down the hallways screaming and slamming doors. The person at the front desk did not do anything about it. We asked them to please be quiet but they did not. And they ran around until about 4am.

The pool was closed, breakfast wasn’t fully stocked. Had to be the first ones up to get any breakfast. Went down at 9 and everything was gone. Asked if they were going to restock, they brought minimal out.

They were doing construction in the back of the building and put us in a room right above it so we were awakened at about 5:30am. the place was not full - put us in a room away from the noise!!

Nice and clean, staff at checkin was not very friendly but the morning staff was nice.

Cleanliness could improve,there was stains on my bed sheets and comforter,bathroom was not super clean and it looks like the phone,tv and tv stands as well as the night stands they don’t even touch them, they were dusty.and they don’t do your room,only after the 3rd day of your stay so I would exchange the continental breakfast for a clean room after you get back to your room.

I love the location close to the freeway entrance, restaurants,gas stations. Excellent and friendly customer service, love the fact that the staff do everything in their hands to make your stay pleasant.

The pool was under maintenance which my kids were looking forward to enjoying to have fun at for a while . We did enjoy a while at the indoor gym. But the pool would have been much more convenient for children under 10

The experience was overall awesome ! Friendly staff , Great options for breakfast , felt safe to have my children with me and very easy to get to different places within the city .

Standard breakfas that you'd find in most lower cost hotels. Yoghurt was horrible, no ready made oatmeal. Need a car to stay there, location far everything.

Lareg rooms, comfortable beds, responsive freindly staff, coffee always available, free bottled water, ample parking.

Walls were thin… so I could hear all kinds of noise, coughing, intimacy, cell phone ringing, etc.

Everything felt new and I liked the interior design layout of the facilities.

AThe hotel is new and iuclean. The staff is very nice and friendly, really trying their best. Alla is fantastic, warm and kind, she shows real interest in making guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
