$12 dollars to park each night! That's ridiculous! $100 pet fee is out of control. Why do we have to pay for parking at their facility? That's not right and $100 for pet fee is way too high.

Location was right where we needed. Pool was nice. One staff person was very friendly. Comfortable beds and great tv.

I didn't like how the staff told me I would still earn my bonvoy points but because I booked on price line I can earn my points.

Breakfast is the same try to change it up even if its 2 days out of the week.Ham is cheap also.

The fridge didn't work. The phone was broken so when we needed any type of room service or needed to speak with someone from the desk/housekeeping, we had to go all the way downstairs to the front desk. Definitely beware at check in because there's a nightly $12 parking fee for this hotel which is ridiculous because it doesn't state that anywhere when booking a room here. The hallways have a funny smell.

Enjoyed the indoor pool and being close to shopping and food places. The kids enjoyed the breakfast but wish there was more of a variety to choose from.

I didn't like the feel of the carpet at all. Synthetic? Old? Unclean? Not sure. Have more comfort with floors these days. There was a bad smell near the bed on the carpet. Not noticeable unless l was close to it but still, pretty icky. They said that they would look into it. Prefer curtains that close all the way and block out streetlights. Breakfast was just ok but they offered oat milk. Threw the coffee out and went to Starbucks.

I wanted to take the bed home with me it was so comfortable. Pillows were good too. Glad l was able to turn off the AC/heat fan while sleeping. I would stay there again.

I had requested an early check-in with my reservation but upon check-in, I was told that no rooms were ready or available. If not for a more senior associate being present at that time, we would have had to check in after 6pm. Luckily that associate knew which rooms could possibly be ready. I'm grateful for his knowledge of the property.

Probably the worst continental breakfast offerings. With the price of the hotel, it really needs upgrading. Heard lots of noise above us and in the hall at late hours.

Both beds were waaaay too soft. When I was checking in a current guest wanted to shorten their own stay because of....yep, the beds. This was one of the Top 10 WORST beds I've ever had and I'm a fairly experienced traveler. I will never stay at this location again.

Room and shower was very clean and staff was friendly. Didn't use the pool so can't comment. Pretty quiet location.

Staff was unprofessional. We checked in late, and I had to come back down to get a replacement remote for the tv (no big deal), but when I did I heard someone yelling expletives and it turned out to be the woman behind the desk having an argument on the phone with her best friend. She proceeded to tell me all about why they were fighting and vent at me. I get that things happen but it was a long day and I don’t know this person- I just wanted the remote and to get some sleep.

The clean rooms, that you had pump bottles in the shower instead of the little personal bottles. The bed was very comfortable and I didn’t hear my neighbors. I got good rest and would stay again.

Honestly the eggs were a little runny for my liking. I could not find any hot coffee at the kiosk or in the dining area. Other than that it was fine.

The property was small but convenient and clean! We traveled with a group of 12 and the beds were soooo comfortable, probably the best hotel beds I’ve stayed.
