I had a handicap accessible room, but it was not very accessible. The "handicap accessible" had a regular tub, not a walk in shower. I was told there's a shower seat, and there was, but the shower seat did not fit in the tub and did not fit over the edge of the tub, making it potentially unsafe for someone with this need to be in the shower/ tub. The beds are standard hotel beds, which are ok for the average person, but for someone with accessibility needs, they are too high, also making it unsafe. We were only staying for one night, so we made it work (bought a good quality air mattress that we dressed up for comfort). Staff was very accommodating with providing the extra bedding necessary for this, understanding our situation.

This location has a Walmart and several eateries within walking distance if necessary. It was clean and easy to get to. Included breakfast was also very good. Staff was courteous and accommodating with needs as much as possible.

The breakfast was bland and poorly made. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the eggs were watery and, oatmeal was runny. I wish marriot would offer better ingredients.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We requested a suite with a pull out couch, and we received what was requested - unlike other hotels.

I think the hotel needs a bit of updating, especially the floral window treatments in the rooms. It’s the first thing you see when you walk in and they don't compliment the rest of the room decor, which also needs an update.

The INCLUDED breakfast selection was better than your typical continental breakfast. Fairfield provided hot breakfast sandwiches, as well as various danish, breads, fruits and cereals. The dining staff were friendly and attentive.

AirCon didn't cool the room properly Soap dispenser in shower was empty (hotel staff should check these on a daily basis) A little pricey for this type of room (over $200)

The room felt muggy to me for some reason. There was a lot of road noise

The location was difficult to find. I was unfamiliar with the area and while trying to watch traffic and for the road sign I ended up having to stop at a store and asking someone because the GPS said I was there and I couldn't see it for the trees. I didn't expect to have to go through the Food Lion parking lot to find it. There is a shut-down restaurant in front of the hotel which obscures the view and the foliage is so overgrown the signs are hard to see. I liked that the breakfast had some "real food" (eggs and sausage) and that the cups and plastic ware was individually wrapped. The young man overseeing the area was on top of it - Great job!

Hallway was a bit noisy throughout the night. Room did not have an amenities binder.
