We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThere is hardly any communication between the 3rd party bookings and the onsite bookings. My 3rd party booking was bumped without my knowledge. It took us a few hours to arrive and when we did we were told our rooms were not availiable as promised by our 3rd party.
When our 3rd party online site goofed and "provided" a room that was "out of order", the reception took it upon themselves to find us another room in the area. Most of the area was sold out but they, Destiney and Heather, found one that was availabie and SAVED THE DAY!!!! The manager also made sure that we were compensated for our time. Thank you Fairfield Inn. You get my reccommendations any time!

When we tried to check in we were delayed a little bit it appears our room was not ready yet and was informed that most of the guest checked out and is running behind. It is our second stay with in a week and the room did not feel clean at all compared to the first time we checked in. It was still a comfortable stay.

United StatesThe hotel was only a couple miles drive to Fort Leonard Wood. We stayed 2 nights. Easy access to a variety of restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room meet our expectations comfortable bed, quality linens. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the free breakfast, but the coffee was available 24/7.

United StatesThe hotel cancelled 1 of our rooms out of the 3 that we reserved. Thankfully they were not sold out but it made the start of trip horrible. Staff was rude about it and did not offer any remedy. They put a very sour note on our trip to celebrate our son graduating Basic & AIT. The staff obviously does not care about their guests! Nobody should book with this location unless new staff is brought in.

United StatesI was supposed to have a king size bed and pull out couch as stated on my reservation, when I got there we only had a king bed. they were renovating so the pool was closed, weight room was closed and no hot breakfast as it stated in my reservation, it was grab and go breakfast. The lady that was working the desk when we checked in said we would get some kind of compensation for only having a king size bed, and all they gave us was a Panera gift card.
