It could have been just a little bit cleaner but other than that I was still pleased with my stay.

The location was perfect. The room was fairly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The A/C didn't seem to control very well. Room was warmer than a/c setpoint Inside door latch was missing which I feel is a security issue. Breakfast was terrible. Most of the warm food was cold. The orange and cranberry juice was just water.

I thought the room was very clean and comfortable.

Nasty carpet stains and trash in the hallways. Our room door had a broken secondary lock.we propped a chair and luggage against the door. The staff hung out by the front entrance smoking and looked like hobos. My wife asked me if we were going to be safe staying there. I said I think so, those are the employees.

The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was very handy. The price fit our budget.

latch lock was busted off, drain for tub was out and huge stain in the middle of it. everything else was fine.

I did not like the shower curtain in the bathroom. It would not stay hooked at the edge, so sprayed water out by the toilet. There also seemed to be a depression in the tub so there was standing water in the small depression. The shower was my least liked part of the stay and may be a reason to not stay there again. Otherwise, the room and service was great!

The breakfast was adequate. There was sausage and egg "pancakes". I didn't like the hashbrowns. Excellent banana nut muffins. There was also cereal, other breads, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs.

The swimming pool was closed. Refrigerator door could not open because of the tray underneath when we did get it open, there was ice cream that was left and melted inside the freezer.

Fitness center equipment doesn't work, cable froze frequently, hallways had a musty type odor, tub had stains and shower was not very good. Heater was very noisy when fan kicked in.

NON smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, tub was stained from rusty water. pool was very rusty and the tiles were falling apart. I do understand that it’s supposed to be undergoing remodeling

It’s right off the freeway. Plenty of parking. Easy to check in. front a desk staff was great at accommodating at ground floor room.

staff was rude, never would give extra pillows or towels, smelled horrible, rooms were scorching hot before entering , pool area had a funny odor, parking and entrance to the hotel is rather interesting

The outside of the hotel needed cleaning. The bathroom tub was stained and very old, it did not look clean so I put a towel in the tub to stand on when showering. The property needs updated badly. It did not smell clean inside the lobby, halls or room. Sheet was ripped and the furniture was dusty.

the sink faucet leaked, the carpet needs to be vacuumed better next to the bed, the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work. paint job was awful
